I asked this in the Windows 10 forum but my manager pointed out we also need to be able to support Mac users. We wanted to sign up with TeamViewer as we've used it in the past but we've tried to contact them about the nonprofit discount and had no response, so we're looking at alternatives. Basically we want something that will allow us to provide remote IT support both to organisation owned and personal computers. Does anyone have any recommendations? It needs to be something that doesn't require admin rights or prior deployment/installation to run (TeamViewer has its QuickSupport that people can just download and use straight away, so something that can work like that would be good). Also needs to not require any firewall faffing around.

Just wondering if anyone knows of any IT support companies who would be able to sort my servers out and give them a good tidy up. At the moment, I am experiencing issues with my PXE server and backups and to be honest there are so many little bugs and glitches which prevent a smooth networking infrastructure that I think its time to get help in. My technical experience is quite small as I have only been in the job for a year and previously had not been in a role where the whole network rested on my shoulders. Any help would be much appreciated. Kind regards.
