If you offer a good understanding and experience of working with IT systems infrastructure and general user applications, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role providing crucial IT support at St. Edward’s. As Senior IT User Support Officer you will be responsible for overseeing 1st line IT support staff and ensuring that the highest levels of customer service and communication are maintained to ensure the smooth running of the School.
