I'm with SchoolsBroadband. Had massive struggles when we switched to them getting emails to work, to the point of I was threatening to leave them and not pay them a penny, once it was sorted we have been exceedingly happy with them. We have had literally no downtime at all.

Yup, we just have visual checks.

I'm talking looooooooooong. We'd need about 50 screenshots.

Hiya, I have a phone which I need to get a very lengthy text conversation off in to a text document or something. In the past we've done screenshots, but this time the conversation is just way too long. All the software I can find which claims to be able to do it costs money. It's Android, there must be a simple way of doing it which I'm missing! Please help.... Stuart

Thanks for this. It gave me exactly the starting point I needed, and I have now got my printable form with everything on it I wanted.

Hi All, I have a MS Access Database with all my assets in it. I also have a limited knowledge of MS Access! At the moment when we give a member of staff a laptop, that's it, we just give it to them. I'd like staff to sign something saying they acknowledge they have it and they'll treat it nicely. I'd like either Access to generate a form with the data of their assigned laptop, or Word to pull the info out of Access and populate a form. I don't want to run them all off, just the one about the asset I am about to issue. Which way do I go about it please? Googling just seems to generate masses of results of how to run a report showing loads of data, I just want the one record. Stuart

DO you have a known working computer somewhere else you could plug in and see if the problem goes away? If it does, it's the computer, if it doesn't then it's the board/cable.

Using Alexa or Google Home as a school intercom system
Jawloms replied to TwistedHelixis's topic in Cloud Services
They also may not 'hear' the command to start the conversation properly if there is a lot of background noise. My lounge Alexa won't hear me saying "Drop in on the bedroom" if the telly is on loudly. -

In that case you want something you can rely on to work. Alexa and Google go down at times. Radios don't. -
Anyone got any thoughts please?

Psycho I'm not sure how, as someone who enjoys films, I got to the age of 42 without seeing it. Obviously I'd heard about it so knew what to expect at the end, but enjoyed it anyway.

So Microsoft have always recommended the 32BIT version be installed. I got this from the Office 365 message center this morning; I assume this is for people who download it via the O365 login, but thoughts? Stuart

Hi all, My emails happily send and receive with everybody in the world, apart from the very few occassional people where my traffic needs to go through spamrl.com. They keep blocking me, and apparently they directly won't unblock me. What I have to do is get in touch with the intended recipient of the email and get them to allow me to send to them. I have filled in the form to be unblocked for a week, which works, but I can't keep doing this, and it's just this one company that keeps blocking me. Anyone else had to deal with them or had similar? As far as I'm aware I don't have any nasty traffic coming out of my connection! Thank you Stuart P.S. Onsite Exchange Server

Please take this as a genuine question as that is how it is intended and not as a sneering "yeah whatever"; How could they be useful? I've been racking my brains and I can't think what you could do with them in a classroom environment.
