17 degrees here !

No heating pipes as they ran through the server room so had to be turned off :(

Only heating is a little fan heater and an air-con unit that doubles as a heater but is not that efficient as it's high level.....

The office im in right now is quite warm, must be above 20 degrees. (don't have anything accurate to check with)

The office of another school i work in is in the server room, and that's kept at 18 degrees by the Aircon.

22 degrees.

I get the 20 degrees air conditioned air that the ICT suite and the server cupboard gets. But I have a server, a full tower and 3 monitors in my office helping with the extra heat!

We have no heating at the moment, the office this week in the morning has been 11, 12, 13 and then 12 today.

By the afternoon we'll be at about 18 degrees at best, then rinse and repeat tomorrow.

Ours is the only office in building with aircon so we get set our temp! Lucky to have been put in an ex-computer room. Everyone comes to our office during winter/summer to feel the benefits. Every other office has little heaters/radiators under their desks.

I'll second "sweltering". I have the stat, but also on the heating circuit are several north-facing labs, so I have to set mine high to make the labs habitable.

The office is on the cool side of fine, probably about 19-20C, but we've just come back from the dining hall and none of us could control our shaking while having lunch - it's bl**dy freezing in there!

mine is whatever temp I set the air con to - currently 20

but if anyone needs the Immersive room I will have to turn it down and put my jumper on as my 'office' is the cooling system for the room - with its multiple projectors etc

My office is a 17 century Chapel. First thing in the morning it's very cold but it soon warms up once students arrive and the old heating clunks into action. If the wind is in the NW though, it comes straight in through the old air bricks and the draft has been known to blow papers off my desk. It's worth it though because it's a fab office and in the summer it's one of the coolest places in the school :)

We have a heater that we have put on a timer to turn on 2 hours before we arrive at 8am. Takes the chill off but its still cold

Just ordered myself a convector heater and timer off Amazon :)

Get some chunky insulation on those pipes mate! Unless they've been turned off for other reasons - should really keep the heat gain in the server room down (from the pipes) and give you nice safe heat in the office :)

My office is as warm as I want it to be, radiators set however I want them but then I control the buildings anyway so I could freeze everyone if I felt like it hah!

We have a heater on the roof which we can turn on and off however the other technician likes the office at around 30 degrees Celsius so I made the storage room my new office by removing the adjoining door just so I can sit next to the window and get some fresh air! We also have air-con but our site team likes to turn it off during winter without telling us which last time ended in the whole unit leaking everywhere because it was mid-cycle.

We have radiators in the office but I don't think we've ever had them on in the 8 years I've been here. It's a pleasant 22 degrees in here, with 4 people, associated PCs and two comms cabs, we never need heating. Mind you, I tend to just have a short sleeved shirt all year round anyway and even when I'm in the chilliest part of the school where others are moaning, I rarely feel the cold. :)
