  1. 8 year old daughter made up a joke: “What’s a pirate’s favourite TV show?” “Line of booty!” (So proud)
  2. Some history to that sign I think
  3. What did the drummer call his twin daughters? Anna 1 Anna 2...
  4. Yeah take Intune off that list but expand to other MDMs. If you want the most comprehensive solution, Jamf is the way forward but there might be other options that do what you want.
  5. Take a look at integrating DaRT: https://www.manishbangia.com/how-to-integrate-msdart-with-sccm-boot-image/ Edit: whoops sorry this is OS deployment which on second read doesn’t look like what you want - but still a great tool [emoji3]

  7. It came, it went, now glorious sunshine and not a cloud in the sky!
  8. Of course. Not questioning the science. But my point was initially we were given a second dose appointment for 6 weeks, then rearranged for 11 weeks, we were than asked to rearrange for 6 weeks to fill the vacant appointments but turned away at the door and rearranged for 12 weeks again. Just a bit chaotic really.
  9. When I booked my first jab via Swiftqueue I was automatically given a date for the second dose. After receiving the first dose, the second dose appointment kept getting rearranged to be later and later. Last week we were told that we could rebook via Swiftqueue as a lot of appointments were free, so a bunch of colleagues and I managed to get same day appointments. We were all turned away from the vaccination centre as we were “supposed to wait 12 weeks” and received an SMS with a new booking. Not sure what happened but seems mad as we were there, had an appointment and they had doses available! The arrangements for the first dose were impeccable but the second dose seems to have been chaotic.
  10. Hey! I take issue with th.... ooh donuts!
  11. Haven’t seen that error before but there’s some things I would check: 1) Have you got any intermediate certs in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities certificate store? That can cause all manner of oddness. Check visually or run the following PS: Get-Childitem -Path cert:\LocalMachine\root -Recurse | Where-Object {$_.Issuer -ne $_.Subject} 2) Double check all your certs are valid 3) Check the NDESPlugin.log on the NDES server as this might give you more of a clue about why it’s failing
  12. Yep standard gmail account is fine for the managed store. Also check out Google Zero Touch if your devices support it. We just ship boxed devices to users now. Turn on, input credentials, phone sets itself up and away they go [emoji1303]
  13. I don’t work in education anymore but my job has an in call element and the difference in expectations is stark. If you are on call you get an allowance for being on standby as it affects your home life. Any call out has a minimum claim time and is paid according to some mind bending formula that involves the number of hours worked and the time of day your worked (night/weekend/bank holiday work pays more). Call outs are for serious issues only (not always followed but a password reset is a nice earner) and all calls are triaged before the call is made. Education seems to expect everyone to do what ever it takes without recompense but everyone deserves to be paid for the work they do, especially when they go above and beyond.
  14. What Men Want: laugh free comedy with dubious morality.
  15. Just binge watched Schitt’s Creek which was wonderful. Unfortunately I also watched the behind the scenes programme where everyone involved came over as self involved and smug. Kinda spoilt the show a bit for me. Just starting on Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia. So far it’s just hilarious and bang on my kind of humour. Also started Superstore with mrs_sparkeh. Not sure how well known this is but seems like a hidden gem on Netflix.
  16. If you haven’t seen this already, this NDES/SCEP script is a God send for troubleshooting issues: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/intune/verify-ndes-configuration So first of all validate that your infrastructure is setup correctly. There’s certainly certificate issues somewhere along the line.
  17. No windows devices are currently hybrid. We use Netmotion for our VPN but allow connections to Intune to breakout (and to google endpoints for you android devices).
  18. Just implemented this myself. I didn’t find the documentation particular clear so if I can be if any help just ask [emoji846]
  19. Edge on all my devices. Work wise Edge is default and Chrome is being removed.
  20. Seems about right to me
  21. Defender. Personally I don’t see the point in installing anything else when it performs so well in benchmark tests https://www.av-test.org/en/antivirus/home-windows/
  22. Midsommer. Erm... watch and then we’ll talk [emoji848][emoji51][emoji33]🤯
