oh it might have issues with the noreply sender, not sure how that works in practice! if you flip the noReply: true in the sendmail that may help but the emails will go from your account that said, ive checked ours and it seems to be passing dmarc and stuff ok

you can change the script propertied freely without a redeployment, any code changes and you need to click manage deployment, edit, new version and deploy for it to update what gets ran

if you go to the menu on the sheet you can press force sync and send email to do a manual run - it will flip the session key and invalidate an already emailed url

if you want it to clear the vouchers already on the controller be sure to set the purebeforcesync to true

So, to save my own sanity, I built a lazy-proof script that runs completely free inside Google Sheets to handle the whole circus automatically. What it actually does: Automated Weekly Top-Ups: Fires off every Monday morning and automatically tops up your site inventory (e.g. keeps a steady supply of 20x 8-hour passes and 5x 3-day extended passes for inspectors/VIPs). Stops Voucher Hoarding: Tired of staff leaving months-old voucher slips lying around? You can enable a "purge" option that wipes all unused codes from the UniFi controller every week before issuing the new batch—meaning old paper slips instantly become useless trash. Hands-Off Emailing: Automatically emails your office managers or receptionists their site's fresh codes every week so they stop bugging IT. Foolproof Print Dashboard: The email includes a live link to a clean web page where staff can just click "Print Tickets" if needed. As visitors use codes, they vanish off the screen in real-time. so they dont get handed out multiple times Handles multiple controllers: Built specifically to handle multi-site UniFi setups from a single master sheet. i mean, outside of the android thing being dead the panels still perfectly fine as a 75" touchpanel. doesnt help that viewsonic use a proprietry ops slot...

hopefully promethian follow soon... the viewsonics are a slassic drop and forget job so not much hope of that happening

weve used cloudm in the past to merge stuff when we take over 365/google schools into our trust google tenancy it works well. id like to see how the new google migration stuff works though as that would save a nice chunk of money and we have 2 365 schools coming up to do and from memory the local authority have a single tenancy for the whole area so its a bit of a drama to get sorted...

can you ping the smoothwall? have you setup a proxy for the vlan?
