We use it to monitor parts of our network, no way near to the full but with multiple sites, network, domains it does make it easier. Probably loads more we can do with it but we chip in without sister company. Not had the time to delve into it further but have some basic bits that we would never be able to do without it.

With good 4G/5G coverage now that would be my option but know there are plenty of little spots just where you want to be Starlink would be best and/or only option. I would always go for a wired connection over anything, when I was looking as I would be travelling/middle of no where a wired connection isn't an option.

Does your firewall allow outbound connections to this, hence why it maybe not working if the server is local.

You can use conditional format in Outlook, its an Outlook setting as seen here. What might be a better option is when said person is sending it is to set the flag on the email there and it will flag but if its just an email valid for the day set it to expire to so when staff come to it, it will have a strikethrough it meaning staff can then ignore if it doesnt auto delete.

MDM all the way all day long. Best thing we did getting ours added to DEP, just deployed a pile of new ones so much more hassle free.

Ah it does look like its supervised when you go into the profiles it shows it. What was putting me off was in system settings the option to sign in to apple ID is still there, on iPads it normally says managed by your orginisation. Is there a way to turn this off on MacOS to stop users assigning the device to their ID?

So I have to use Apple Configurator? Can I just reset and will it pull though?

Got a Mac here that wasnt in our ABM at first when it was setup, device was reset and then pulled a profile down and we can see it in our MDM but we have an issue, the device isnt supervised. Any idea how we can get this thing supervised, do we need to do another factory reset or not?

I got a Smarty sim recently and ported my number over from O2. The phone still shows the original Smarty mobile number before my number was ported over and doesn't seem to update. The phone work as it should but certain things pull the number through. I've had this on other phones too, any suggestions on a fix, I am using Android based phones, Samsung, have checked SIM's in other phones and its the same so something linked to the SIM. Smarty are not much use, any advice?

I didn't know on premise was still a thing with Sophos, we have been Cloud for ages, have no issues with it what so ever.

Have used Dell's for years no major issues, some sites had the AIO no issue, I personally wouldn't buy unless for a specific reason as I would like more life out of monitors than there dead when the PC is is as such.

In the last 17 years I have been exposed to all brands of copier and many of them are garbage in terms to useability or what they actually come with out the box. For the last 12 years or so I have mainly used Sharp and I would say they are by far the best machine with what you get on base machines and the way that they can be setup and customised to make it easier for use also the plus point is the integrate into PaperCut and other such systems really well. I spent just under 8 years working for a copier company installing all manor of makes and models but mainly Sharp & Toshiba for one biggest Sharp dealers and now UK wide companies. I've just installed 12 replacement ones than were 8 year old and got another 20 to do in the next 2 months and they are all good as gold but some of this maybe to how they have been looked after by engineers servicing them which may not be the same up and down the country but this does make a big difference. If the machine is looked after well it cost them less to manage and keeps working for the end user. They all have their plus and minus points but the fact you can get desktop A4 and floor standing machines and you can have the same interface and setup to all act the same not sure all manufactures can do that easily. Sharp machines are just so nice to work with in my opinion, alot say they work out more expensive but then it could be their buying power isn't as good so cannot get you the good price, have a look at some of the frameworks out there, most of the work is done for you. If Sharp doesn't work for you Toshiba are good machines and they have developed their machines quite a bit, would quite happily put one of these in a print room, they also have some nice little features but are qwerky in the way they do some things and they don't flow like you would expect it to in an IT way. Happy to answer any questions.

So is the issue happening when on the network or away i.e. at home and connect via DA?

Good time to create some groups, say Level 1 to Level 3 with different permissions, in future you then only need to add users to the group and you can add the groups in on the different servers therefore making it easy in future. Password resets, create users, add users to group (but no delete) could be a good start first, local admin permission to install stuff, maybe admin on file server server if you have lots of changes on there, ability to restore files, print server admin to clear queues, that should be enough to start with.

I use Andrews & Arnold for my SIP trunk I pay just over £1.20 a month for 1 x 03 number, calls are extra to give you a comparison for my setup at home. I ported number in from Vonage which cost me like any number to port in.

I've had no issues other than a few drops last night but signal known to be hit and miss in the area I was in. I did see a report on Twitter but nothing much on it.

Things like shops change so not worth it in my eyes for smaller ones but supermarkets or shopping araes are probably key. Car charging facilities is probably quite relevant these days.

I live on a bus route and a cut through and in the last 24 hours accoording to my Unifi I've had 114 neighbouring access points come into contact with my home network! 20 of which in the last hour and just shy of 1439 in last 120 days!!! Yet my brother a mile away is 314, 39 and 6000!! Think yourself lucky.

Check your criteria set in the report, could even be just as simple as a space somewhere or reporting on a device when it should be printer or vice versa.

More than likely an end user router the cause from experience, these so "filtering/shield" features are an issue. Used to happen years ago on the Linksys routers with VPN's too, used to be a tick box that was needed to be changed.

Never experienced that before, if you manually run the report from the list does that sent the data for you? Check the time period requested.
