Starting ASAP Urgent, you will have experience of a range of schools network technologies including server 2012 R2, 2016, VMWare, Hyper V, Veeam, AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, SQL server, windows 10 and ideally Solus 3! You will be supporting up to 200 schools across the London region via helpdesk, remote support and onsite visits with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line calls including liaising with Capita software helpdesk and other 3rd party suppliers Enhanced DBS will be required for this role, although this can be undertaken during the recruitment process. PAYE rate £16.66 to £17.44ph plus enhanced holiday leave and pension after 12 weeks Umbrella rate up to £21.97ph rising to £23.34 after 12 weeks

Reporting to the Network Manager, you will be responsible for implementation of the strategic development of ICT resources, day to day management of the infrastructure, coaching of junior colleagues as well as act as an escalation point providing up to 3rd line ICT Support. The ideal candidate will work closely with staff and students to understand and resolve faults, analyse new hardware and software for installation, train other members of the team when required, advise on recommended changes or improvements, as well as taking ownership of IT Project where required.   9. If you have a passion for web-based document management platforms and specifically have strong knowledge of Sharepoint online, this could be just the challenge you need!! This leading Independent school has a large IT provision, and its well-funded infrastructure department needs someone to take a lead on developing their various portals, helping to integrate with other systems and manage their content. (in a nutshell) Significant experience with Sharepoint online is essential, although you may not have specialised as such yet, as is managing projects in this environment. Education sector knowledge would be highly advantageous, as would knowledge of O365, win10, sims, sccm, firefly and other 3rd party education content softwares. WE are assisting our friends at Pennine Education to recruit their next SIMS support consultant Pennine Education Ltd, is a fully accredited Sims Support Unit supporting schools across 10 different Local Authorities. Based in Oldham the majority of schools are within 1 hours travelling time. We have a reputation of delivering a high level of customer service and assisting schools and Academies with developing their use and knowledge of Sims. We are the only support team in the North West that support the new Sims Finance products. We are delighted to have an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced MIS Support Consultant. The position is available from 1st September 2019, full time with the option of term time as well. We would welcome MIS Consultants from existing Support Units or experienced High or Primary school staff, looking to use their skills in a different environment. The successful applicant will be a highly committed individual who has excellent communication skills and the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service whilst on helpdesk and whilst delivering training and consultancy.
