We have some users reporting that there is no Internet access when they logon. The error message says: ISP: HGfL/Updata. [Herts Grid for Learning] Is anyone else in Herts seeing the same issue? My connection and some others are OK. We have tried restarting the affected stations without success. It affects IE11 and Chrome. Edit: I have had a reply from the helpdesk, they are aware of the issue and they are working on a fix.
