My fiancé will be over the moon if I get them before we go on holiday on the 14th August!

Yes seeing the same here. I think it's finished installing, just doesn't end correctly.

Can you do rear projection? We've done that on to a 4m wide screen using a Hitachi LED projector. It gets used as a backdrop for productions too as you get no shadow. Does need around 3.5m behide the screen mind.

OneDrive App. Possible to make online only?
robyholmes replied to Gongalong's topic in Cloud Services
Files on demand is syncing files which remain on the device until space is needed back. However Office manages to open cloud files without having them synced in OneDrive first. It'll be storing them as temp files I'm sure, but why couldn't File Explorer do this? Meaning any program can open cloud files. -

No, files on demand is the middle ground. Although you can open files in Office from OneDrive and SharePoint without syncing them via OneDrive client. I do hope Microsoft might integrate that in to file explorer so all programs could use it. Even if that means storing that one file locally while it's open as a temp file. -
You could look at what people like the national trust do for car stickers. They change the colour each year. It would be harder in that the drivers would need to know that Blue and Green was valid this year, but next year Blue is expired?

Is it possible to move folders in Teams?
robyholmes replied to cheaptonersucks's topic in Office Software
It often shows recent in the list, not them all. So open up the site you want to move it to and create a folder on it. Or just open a few files from it. Then go back and you should find it's in the recent list. Either than or click on 'Follow' and then it's in a 'Followed' list too. -
[bromcom] Civica NRS eTrust Cashless - Sync Admissions
robyholmes replied to robyholmes's topic in MIS Systems
We're using Bromcom for payments, that's fine. It's just we use ID cards and I'm wanting to get them registered on the cashless system. However it's not syncing admissions currently so I can't register them. I'm guessing them won't appear on role until the first day which would mean registering them when they first go to get lunch. Not ideal. -
Hi All, Does anyone know who to get Civica sync tool to pull across admissions from Bromcom in to the NRS eTrust software? Thanks in advance, Rob

Doesn't it mean you can either select how to sync (One by one) or sync everyone in your Azure AD. Unless you have Azure P1 then you can select groups to sync.

Files On Demand means it only downloads files you open. We have pretty much all our shared areas now in Teams but automatically synced to school PCs using OneDrive. Works extremely well.

Looking up the Nano Switch it only outputs 24V passive POE.
-
Sounds like your POE injector isn't providing enough power.

I seem to remember you could hover over auto-fills and press Delete to remove them.

Have you tried restarting your MDT server? I think I had this issue but it went away after a restart.

Did they get into the trunking? Or still miss, lol

Hi All, I have a very odd issue with DFRS. We have two files which use DFSR to replicate between themselves. Files paths and permissions etc should be the same on both. One of our replication groups (Only found one not working so far) only seems to be replicating a single direction. Running a health report shows no issues and event viewer doesn't show anything other than warnings about open files. So FILE-A and FILE-B. Setup with a replication group between them for a single folder (Home drives in this case) A new file on FILE-A isn't replicated to FILE-B A new file on FILE-B is replicated to FILE-A Renaming a file on FILE-A isn't renamed on FILE-B Renaming a file on FILE-B is renamed on FILE-A Ay ideas what might be going on here? Seems to have started doing this in the last couple of weeks. Thanks, Rob

Watch your air flow, if you want to keep the sides and glass on (Which will keep dust etc down) then allow more room. I'd go 800x800 at least with a heavy duty shelf to support the weight you need.

I need to block the "Radeon Software" via GPO
robyholmes replied to chazzy2501's topic in Windows 10
AppLocker would be the best tool for this, and you gain additional security out of using it as well. Especially in these times of ransomware! -
@johnlevis from VeryPC should give you a good price.
