Our gamble paid off. Our SMT just ignored these tests. I raised the idea of these tests being abandoned on this site some time back and everyone said no, never. Nice feeling now! Maybe my SMT are useful after all, won't hold my breath though!

well this is a right git i just made the school shell out for 2 new servers and 62 new machines because of this and the fact the older ones in the it suites wouldn't run the software. saying that though they did need replacing!

*Very* pleased :wav:

It brought our entire thin client network to a standstill and despite 10 months of complaints RM did very little to resolve the issues.

Just a shame RM got paid, and now get shortlisted sell VLE's and BSF. Obviously history doesn't come into the equation. grrr.

Because we run Linux, and refused to do the tests unless they make it compatible with our system, so they sent us a free server with red hat on it, but it says in the contract that we own it but it can only be used for the testing until it no longer needs to be used for the ks3 testing we can do what we want with it.

And I only just remembered about this today, I was going to set it up and make sure it was working, but now it all looks pointless.

I have not used this (the structure of schools in my area means I dont deal with the right age range at them) but YAY!! After reading your threads I was having knightmares about if and when I came across this product and now I won't be having them :)
