If you have your chromebooks enterprise enrolled you have built in remote to them via the Google admin console. Just go to the device in the admin console and it should be an option in the menu along with reboot etc. Beleiev it just uses the free chrome remote desktop tool but it's all built in so super easy to use.

I've found apple support very helpful with this issue and others when staff have signed in with personal and locked to them rather than us. I'd recommend getting a Circle, Hammersmith & City or Metropolitan line Eastbound from Kings Cross to Moorgate and change to the Elizabeth Line Eastbound (Platform A) there which takes you straight to Excel. Note the Elizabeth Line you change onto at Moorgate is Liverpool Street - the signage on the platforms can catch visitors out but that's how big it is it linked 2 stations! You don't need to leave Moorgate it's all linked through underground just follow the signage.

Worth adding that BETT is at the very East end so if you are coming on the DLR get off at Prince Regent and not Custom House for Excel (west). If you are on the Elizabeth Line you will need to get off at Custom House and have a walk from West to East the gap between the 2 stations is 600M.
