Would subscription based activation not be the best way forward, as long as all your users have A3 licence https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/windows-subscription-activation?pivots=windows-11

Have you enabled Files on Demand? that might have something to do with it if it's not. Also, something I came across last week, if you migrate Documents to Onedrive any user that use PowerShell might see a slow down in performance as PowerShell modules are saved in Documents, which is stored in OneDrive. I had to get Documents stored on my laptop locally for PowerShell to work as it should.

I've just had to do this exact thing on 4 AD's to one O365 tenant. Here is the PowerShell script I use to export the UPN and ImmutableID for users in an OU, then from the csv file I update the ImmutableID on the existing user in O365. After that is done I enable the AD Sync and the users matched and updated rather than create new users. I had to make sure that the UPN was the same on the AD users as the AAD users for this to work. ###### Generate Immutableid ######### $reportoutput=@() $users = Get-ADUser -Filter * -Properties * -SearchBase "OU=,DC=,DC=" $users | Foreach-Object { $user = $_ $immutableid = [system.Convert]::ToBase64String($user.ObjectGUID.tobytearray()) $report = New-Object -TypeName PSObject $report | Add-Member -MemberType NoteProperty -Name 'DisplayName' -Value $user.DisplayName $report | Add-Member -MemberType NoteProperty -Name 'UserPrincipalName' -Value $user.UserPrincipalName $report | Add-Member -MemberType NoteProperty -Name 'ImmutableID' -Value $immutableid Write-Host ('INFO: The following user {0} has the Immutable of {1}' -f $user.name,$immutableid) $reportoutput += $report } # Report $reportoutput | Export-Csv -Path $env:USERPROFILE\desktop\immutableid.csv -NoTypeInformation -Encoding UTF8 ###### Update msol users ######## $csv1 = Import-Csv -Path $env:USERPROFILE\Desktop\immutableid.csv Connect-MsolService #endregion Start-Transcript $env:USERPROFILE\desktop\PilotUser.csv foreach($user in $csv1){ #Set-MsolUserPrincipalName -UserPrincipalName $user.UserPrincipalName -NewUserPrincipalName $user.NewUserPrincipalName Set-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName $user.UserPrincipalName -ImmutableID $user.ImmutableID #Set-MsolUserPrincipalName -UserPrincipalName $user.NewUserPrincipalName -NewUserPrincipalName $user.UserPrincipalName Write-Host $user.DisplayName,"with userPrincipalName"$user.UserPrincipalName," has been set with ImmutableID",$user.ImmutableID } Stop-Transcript

How about creating dynamic groups and then creating the team from that group? Then you can populate the groups based on certain criteria which in turn will populate your teams.

I discovered 2 extra USB-C ports next to a 12V port in the center of the back footwell for passengers to use after 2 years of never opening the compartment as I didn't know it was there. That takes my compliment of USB-C ports up to 5 in the car now, 3 in the front and 2 in the back. Mercedes GLC. I also recently discovered that there's an option to enable a function of the front camera to turn on when you pull up to traffic lights to show you the lights, for some reason you don't have to look out of the car to watch the traffic lights change, the most pointless feature i've ever seen.

I have to agree with Fox, SharePoint Migration Tool is the thing for the job. I have been involved in migrating departmental data to SharePoint libraries from multiple schools using it.

Office 365 shared calendar for staff - where to begin? #0365 #calendar
dezt replied to kennysarmy's topic in Cloud Services
How about creating a Staff Team in Teams and adding all staff to the Team, they can then access the calendar from Teams or through Outlook as a shared calendar. -
They have extended the user limit for A3 and A5 licenced users, after June 30 you require an extra licence for more than 10,000 attendees. The temporary limit increases for Microsoft 365 live events hosted with Teams, Stream and Yammer will be extended until June 30, 2021 (previously January 1, 2021). Limit increases for live events include: • Event support for up to 20,000 attendees • 50 events hosted simultaneously across a tenant • Event duration of 16 hours per broadcast After June 30, 2021, an Advanced Communications license will be required to host events for more than 10,000 attendees and durations longer than 4 hours.

I have used this process to get the hardware hash without setting up windows, it takes a few minutes but saves time on installing windows and then running the powershell script. https://www.thelazyadministrator.com/2020/01/27/get-a-new-computers-auto-pilot-hash-without-going-through-the-out-of-box-experience-oobe/

I played on Sunday, managed to win out of the 4 of us again so must be doing something right. I'd be tempted to get lessons now and then practice at the driving range or even play a bit during the winter, if you get lessons spring time you will be trying to correct the bad habbits you've picked up, especially if you're playing 2 - 3 times a week. A mate of mine is struggling after 5 years of playing as he's finally gone for lessons and is getting everything corrected and he finds it all strange. Oh, and if you do play over the winter i recommend getting something like this to protect the fairways. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Callaway-Launch-Zone-Golf-Hitting/dp/B002CACMR0/ref=asc_df_B002CACMR0/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=309947835595&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=13045535770743752108&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9046585&hvtargid=pla-387206382652&psc=1&th=1&psc=1

I took up golf last year and have had a few 1-1 lessons, best thing I could have done. I'm not the best in the world by a long shot, but I do play every weekend as a few of my mates and I have joined a club. I know how frustrating it is, i've almost binned my clubs a few times after awful rounds. One thing that I have learn't from my lessons is, don't try and smash the ball as hard as you can, i've tried and sliced it into the woods many a time from the tee and lost multiple balls, the golf pro told me to take my time, start off by hitting the ball straight so it lands on the fairway and then you can introduce more power when you have the control. We play stableford golf, and, as my mates have taken pity on me with the handicap scoring i have won one round out of the 12 i've played so far.

Hi Gary, just a heads up, SDS is due to start adding Team creation back in soon. Also the csv files will be changing from v1 format to v2 format, I think you will be able to still use v1 but according to Microsoft they prefer you use v2. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/education-blog/9-awesome-teams-updates-for-it-admins-and-back-to-school/ba-p/1537468

I've emailed Mercian and they've told me the 2 places to look for a serial number, the bike does appear to be quite old as some of the parts have come back from google as being from the 70's, such as the brakes below. MAFAC Dural Forge brakes.

So, i've just bought a new house with my wife and we have found an old looking bike in the garage and I was wondering if anyone here had any knowledge of old bikes. From the paint job it looks like a Mercian Olympique, it has a Campagnolo front derailleur which looks old. I have managed to find one serial number on the bottom of the bike which has Nervex written above it, but I can't see any others. From the photos does anyone have any ideas if it is what it looks like, or where I might find any other serial numbers?
