The staff are using Dell Optiplex 7010s with Promethean ABV587 Pro projectors, and the resolution which works best is 1440 x 900. However, as the title says, this is being reset to 800 x 600 on log off or reset. As you can imagine, teachers aren't best pleased. Thank you in advance.

I've followed steps 1 to 5, excluding 4, as I couldn't locate a spare laptop in the short time available to me. The 'Touch' facility remains turned off and the Science Faculty are happy only to use the pens as they now have sound back. The projector is labelled ABV587 Pro.

We have very recently moved in to a new build and have encountered problems with a couple of Promethean installations. Our Science Department has a couple of 'super' labs, which are essentially elongated classrooms with the teacher's desk and Promethean projectors & IWBs in the middle of the room, but to one side, and a couple of InFocus projectors at either end of the rooms. These are connected to the teacher's PC and therefore all display the same image. The problem is that with the IWBs switched on via the button on the side of the board, the mouse cursor jumps all over the screen; switch the board off and everything works normally. Both rooms have the same set up and behave in the same way. Despite extensive troubleshooting we still haven't found a solution. All help would be appreciated.

I think I will end up with three separate Leave of Absence forms, which the end user will have to select from a drop down, then I believe I can use the same workflow for each. @pcstru Looks interesting. I've few days off so hopefully wiil return refreshed and ready to tackle this problem.

teklogic, you believe that this can be achieved using InfoPath? techie08 I looked at bamboo workflow, and unless the exchange rate is 2 US Dollars to the GBP it's rather more expensive than when you purchased it.

I'm trying to create a Leave of Absence Request workflow for our SharePoint 2013 intranet and make it as friendly as possible for the end user. Using the current paper-based form the person requesting the absence has to fill in a section which relates to the type of absence, ie, INSET, Medical or Discretionary Leave. The crux of the matter for me is to set up the form so that when a user selects the type of absence a further section opens which is specific to the chosen type of absence. To be perfectly honest, at my level of experience, I don't know if this can be achieved, so I would initially appreciate your assessment as to whether I'm going about this the wrong/right way. It may be that this can be achieved by a different route. Thanks in advance.
