What we did to get around this was use custom directories, the Kids addresses arent in the directory for kids so they have to type it out manually, it makes it a bit less abusable

If you have a mac you can use configurator to manually insert these into DEP - its a fairly quick proccess. If you have any of the delivery details, just call computacenter and try and get yourself through to the DEP department and see what you can do - Ive done this in the past with other box shifters and never had an issue

None, they each in turn make it more difficult to spoof your companies emails If youre just starting out SPF + DKIM is the starting point, running a mail service without these is silly. how busy is your wifi network? make sure auto optimise is off as this will disable broadcast traffic in high load scenarios.... this kills dhcp, not sure if you turn dhcp guarding on and configure if that overrides that but we just turned it off

Honestly, xibo is a pain in the backside. the editor is pants. Weve started using our wordpress theme we use on our sites with the pages setup for full spread and it looks loads better and its easier to maintain. Just set the page to refresh every now and then and kiosk a pc/device to the pc
