Dont meetings close anyway after a period of time? I know our users have the option to end meetings for everyone now atleast so its been less of an issue for a couple of weeks

you get the msi from the mobility server page iirc. It will setup then install printers as configured in papercut once the user logs in, this can be done through the various auth methods you can configure.

you can make as many templates as you like? we have custom ones based on what theyre used for? You just assign the template you want to the phone as you provision it?

Can you get into the controller? Try rebooting the access points as a first step in there. Id check your appliance too... depending on the model it wont filter a 1gb line at full speed - i think you need a "green" S8 or better to be able to do 1gb

That graph averages the peaks so you wont see the spikes on such a long dataset, just hit a speed test and open the live traffic logs

is your wifi unifi by any chance?

your wifi is either filtering off broadcast packets so its self asigning a 169. address or you have a misconfigured switch/ap/rogue dhcp server to look into

You need to log into the registrar for the pupil domain and make sure the mxrecords are configured inline with: https://support.google.com/a/answer/140034?product_name=UnuFlow&hl=en&visit_id=637483942114034674-3133222670&rd=1&src=supportwidget0 these will take upto 24 hrs to propegate (usually pretty quick though)

if spf and that isnt configured theres no security outbound - ANyone can sent/Spoof and outbound mail so anything will go. SOunds like the MX records are set incorrectly so the return mail is being sent to 365 and being told to do one. go to https://mxtoolbox.com/ put in your pupils subdomain and see what returns. or login to wherever you have the domain held and correct the MX records for that subdomain to your actual mail provider
