  1. Not been here for a while, here's some, from a couple of weekends ago on a photography workshop I attended in Northumberland.
  2. Thanks Paul
  3. Which one do I go for? Chrome Enterprise/Education Upgrade Standalone, perpetual Chrome Enterprise upgrade Standalone, fixed-term renewable plan
  4. Thanks Primus
  5. Thanks saw them in the list.
  6. Thanks I will look into that now, most of our Chromebooks came as part of gov covid supply but we did buy the odd one or two from a supplier, I will have to dig out who supplied it.
  7. Looking at Chrome OS Flex for our Windows devices that will take Chrome OS Flex, can anyone on here recommend a licence provider? TIA
  8. Chromeflex will more than likely be the next option, but I will keep your offer in mind😉
  9. Well that's a shame, another lot for landfill.
  10. Hi All, We have about 8 machines that are using i3-6100 processors not all the same manufacturer and motherboard, when trying to upgrade from Win 10 22H2 to Win 11 Edu 24H2 it fails because of the processors not meeting the minimum Windows 11 requirements. However when doing a clean install provided I have installed the latest bios and ensured that TPM is cleared before the install it installs no problems and all I have to do is obtain the drivers for the chipset which windows update provided. Any idea why it installs Windows 11 Edu 24H2 (build 26100.4351) and completes all updates with no issues? or am I tempting fate by keeping them and using them, seems a waste to scrap them? As always any advice much appreciated. TIA
  11. All sorted now, carried out windows update troubleshooting section and it repaired the installation allowing the update to install took a few reboots. All sorted now just waiting to see if any of the staff laptops that are all Win 11 machines have the same issue, none as yet.
  12. Yes it's looking that way.. Thanks
  13. So I am constantly getting a failed install on the above update error code 0x800f0993, tried the windows update troubleshooter along with sfc /scannow. Anyone have a solution for this other than a clean install? TIA
  14. I know nothing about birders or ringers if it moves I may just point my camera and as this is one of maybe 4 that are hunting in the field next to our house its an opportunity to practice on especially in low light. These were shot with a Canon R5 RF100-500+1.4x converter at about 700mm, iso 10000 and 6400, ran them through DXO to remove the noise and sharpened a bit in Lightroom and cropped about 60%.
  15. I sent him this and he sent it to some birding ringers on a forum they use.
