Anyone else?

Event ID#1055 on hub suggests issue yesterday?

We are seeing :-

Long google search resolution times

Wildix phone system drops

Speed tests fluctuating wildly

Its becoming regular to have issues, seems they have Staff to answer phones and act as "shields" to avoid answering what is going on?

Account Manager never gets back

We're currently investigating some very high amounts of traffic via a specific peering route which is out of the ordinary.

Update shortly on the hub. That's all I have at the moment whilst the NOC team are investigating.

Thanks

Dave

Anyone else still having issues? 1056 appears to now say 72 hours for a fix. Its causing us problems with accessing the AQA website and our Firefly learning platform at the moment. 3 days is a long time to wait for a fix, our learning platform is pretty much unusable at present. We have a ticket open but there hasn't been an update for 24 hours.

We are still having issues. Things are ok for a bit then nosedive and pages won't load.

We've had several issues reported this morning. Our switch monitoring (Aruba instant on) has emailed that sites are offline as it can't see the switches any more, the DfE signin page doesn't load properly, a SolarPV management system which we have just received login details for also won't load. I am assuming these are all related to the same issue. 1st line support have been contacted a number of times and I can't get further than that.

We're now having speed issues at one of our sites today for the first time, not noticed it this week so far while our other site remains completely down with no response from SBB still!

Issue with a crashed NS Proxy which had to be manually restarted on a policy server which controls policy for 4 inline's.

Now fixed as per your comments. Different customers saw different effects to their traffic depending on the status of their inline, that's beyond my technical knowledge to delve further though at this point. RFO will be delivered by the usual channels.

Thanks

So, loosely translated, RFO may or may not appear at some point to some people. No indication of an issue on the hub at the time, ringing in was greeted with busy tone.

Another week with more performance issues and it's only Tuesday. Hopefully the rest of the week will be ok...

Dave, do you offer an option to remove the NS filtering? I’m weighing up my options and considering going for an on-site filtering/firewall option as our failover line is pointless as the issues 99.9% of the time are with the filtering platform and not the line themselves
