Great news for the customers moving forward

I tried the guidance - for none-intune (GPO) schools the guidance is to use the intune method partially to obtain the key IDs etc. I couldn't get it working. Ended up using a script a copier company had compiled, I'm guessing because the papercut guidance isn't simple. Probably just me!

Yeah join via invite email, then need to download the agent. A lot of us get stuck at that point as we don't trust staff enough to have local admin. You can bodge a script but it'd be good if it was an MSI but I guess not as easy as the installer is unique to the logged on user to sync.

Anyone else seeing VB errors with MS Word? Currently having to end the task via Task Manager to get out of it. Possibly recent MS Office Update?

Look into 3CX multicast paging. We have an estate of Yealink devices which allow this either natively or via 3CX. If you need any support, just drop me a pm.

Ours were the same but with a Arbor move they were forced onto Timetabler - don't hear much from them these days so it must be working!

I think the key thing to think about here is having multiple different options in case of an emergency. I've been part of a Martyn's Law working party and we have the below options, each differ in use case. IT services might be offline etc... NetSupport Notify 3CX - One handset presses a key and becomes a transmitter to either speak or play a pre-recorded message, all other handsets then turn into a speaker effectively needing no intervention. Tannoy/Bell System - Three rings of bell indicates Lockdown

Smoothwall - Really poor support

Currently looking at moving provision away from SchoolsBroadband so this is interesting as Smoothwall would be the preferred solution. -

Speaking of moving away. Does anyone have further info on SLA/Uptime/Cancellation policy etc. Would this be customer specific? Cannot find anything on our end. Surely if service is this bad customers have the right to cancel. I can only find this https://www.schoolsbroadband.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/Terms-and-Conditions.pdf -

Further issues this morning. Every morning this week at around the same time seem to experience service degradation so far this week. Too many teachers trying to access the registers at once!!!
