  1. exam_user1, exam_user2 etc... One single "invigilator" account with delegated release setup for exam_users. Invigilator goes (with or without pupils) to printer and uses their account to release all the jobs.
  2. Without knowing any information about how you have things setup, its hard to tell - but maybe Delegated Print release? https://www.papercut.com/kb/main/DesignatedPrintReleaseConfiguration/
  3. There was some talk of them doing some Power BI stuff. Not sure if they stopped developing that, IIRC they wanted us pay to trial it, so we didn't. (Unless you CEO is poorly paid it is published on the Trust website 😀)
  4. Sadly, we don't record this in our MIS, only Edupay
  5. Can't help - but would be interested to see the end product. Edupay is rubbish for any meaningful data
  6. Every time...... Got a great product, works well. Sell to TES, things go to 💩
  7. Assuming all the GDPR requirements / Parental permissions are respected - look at using Wonde (https://www.wonde.com/uk to pull the information out of school's MIS.
  8. Just a FYI. If you have had Papercut for a long time and upgrade to 26 and it doesn't work afterwards, you may find the Application Service refuses to start due to a legacy setting in the services.conf. https://www.papercut.com/kb/Main/IncreaseMaxMemoryUsage/
  9. Are you following the "new" instructions: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/edisc-search-mailbox-data#step-1-connect-to-security--compliance-powershell
  10. Is that the exact error, or have you redacted it? Otherwise that looks like it is looking for a search called "Name"? Ps If you have access to Explorer (https://security.microsoft.com/threatexplorerv3) I find that can be quicker to mass delete using the "take action" function.
  11. We got them for 0 last time 😉
  12. Not sure when they'll be issued, but our supplier was asking for numbers last week.
  13. Yr 2 appear to be £2 each now.
  14. The BAK method can be problematic: There was the Arbor Switch guarantee (https://arbor-education.com/blog-arbor-switching-guarantee/), but I don't know if that is still in place. So there is a legal risk.
