If you choose "User details", Consents is the third item down, which is a little easier. But, no explicit "Consents" in the list.

Its a pain. Most of our email is ok, but I have a few that are getting rejected due to not being spf/dkim aligned. All I have to go off are the DMARC reports - and they don't really identify the individual email, and so Arbor don't seem that interested. All spf/dmarc is setup as per their recommendations.

Yeah, on the Staff Profile page there is a "Include in SWF census" checkbox. Schools tend to just add them to Arbor and deselect that.

For us the ones that fade the most are the ones that get sprayed by perfume/aftershave. The occasional user likes to rub them like a talisman. Other than that, they seem to last ok. Mine is 4 years old with slight fading.

exam_user1, exam_user2 etc... One single "invigilator" account with delegated release setup for exam_users. Invigilator goes (with or without pupils) to printer and uses their account to release all the jobs.

There was some talk of them doing some Power BI stuff. Not sure if they stopped developing that, IIRC they wanted us pay to trial it, so we didn't. (Unless you CEO is poorly paid it is published on the Trust website 😀)

Sadly, we don't record this in our MIS, only Edupay

Can't help - but would be interested to see the end product. Edupay is rubbish for any meaningful data
