actually - to be serious (for once) I used to be in charge of a team of over 20 programmers including 4 (yes - I know) women. The women were always the most accurate, reliable and dependable. In general most of the 'lads' wrote the program faster then spent ages fixing all the problems they caused by going at it like a bull in a china shop. The women could be trusted to produce a working system - fully tested and working - in less time and with less problem cropping up which I ended up fixing at 2 a.m. a few days after it was implemented

 

give me a woman programmer every time!!
