Just a quickie to say thanks for all your help over the last goodness knows how many years! Today is my last day, 16 years here and 20 years in education. No idea what I'm going to be doing in the future but hey its all an adventure. Good Morning I used to create a CSV in Sims to transfer details of students into Junior Librarian. Is it possible to do this with Arbor? We have the ancient onsite version of Junior Liberian and aren't support by them anymore. Thanks

I have a box full of power supplies and pens for Promethean/activboards IWB, with a couple of pens that work on RMClassmate IWB thrown in for good luck! If any SCHOOL would like them please drop me a pm. I'm in Leicestershire if that helps. I know how hard it is to find pens and powersupplies. I'm not 100% sure which pens work but its the majority, same with the power supplies.

sorry if wrong forum. We have an email address that several members of staff are privy to. I have been asked for all emails that are sent to this particular email address to be forwarded to multiple users. I've made it a shared mailbox and added the required staff as members but as far as I can see there's only the prevision for 1 email address in the forwarding email box. Is there anyway I can set up more than one forwarding email box? thanks

Same here, we've just had this email from the premises staff "It has been very noticeable over the past few weeks that the use of hand sanitiser and sanitising chemicals / materials seems to have become less important and in some areas non existent, this is also the case for hand washing .... this has been confirmed by the frequency of restocking and refilling" No wonder we've got staff dropping daily, children come into school coughing but parents don't want to have their kids tested in case they are positive and the parents have to miss work. No one gets in my room with out a mask!

I did wonder about that but it wasn't a re-enrol on all of them, so were ok.

just to update, I've ended up making new profile on Meraki for the new certificate. Once I've manually put the proxy settings in I've had to re-enrol the ipads on to Meraki, allocate the new profile and we seem to be backup and running. It's been a total pain and taken too long but at least they are back up and being used. I'm going to have a look at were I can put the proxy settings so that they don't get wiped off each ipad again. thanks for all your suggestions its been really helpful.

Yep I think you are right. I've tried adding the wifi to a couple of the ipads even with manually putting the proxy in but makes no difference.

Thanks for the reply. I can't see the new certificate on an ipad. when you say how did the original cert get installed do you mean on the network? it was installed by me following the instructions from our ISP. On the MDM I just installed it in the Certificate bit of the profile uploading it from my network.

Our ISP issued a new security certificate for our network . I've added it to our MDM but our ipads no now longer connect to the wireless. All I did was follow the Add certificate bit in Meraki and uploaded the certificate from the ISP. Didn't do anything else. Would you say its that that has thrown the ipads off or am I suppose to add the new certificate to our wireless somewhere? (we have a ruckus wireless network) As far as I'm aware our actual network is fine and the new certificate is working fine. Thanks for any advise I'm at my wits ends with this particular problem

another question. I take it I can only use our VPP token with one MDM?

Good Morning. We currently use Meraki for our Ipads but are due to up the amount of ipads we have bring our total to over the 100; we have a free meraki licence for up to 100. I am hoping to look at Jamf (for schools I think) as the licencing seems to be better. The question is can I have 2 MDM's running under the schools same apple account at once? I don't want to have 2 mdm's on the ipads but just want to keep Meraki running on our existing Ipads until a decision is made. Hope this makes sense thanks

We've had the same issue with our office staff, I took the proxy off and they are able to connect. I logged a support request yesterday at 9.06 via email, had an automatic response. I also logged on to the HUB and could see my support request but its been ignored. Not great on the first day back for children, the office staff were pulling their hair out.

You know its the last day of term when all support requests are either "my dvd wont play" or "the sound is iffy" *not a lot going on here today!
