I do the PAT inspections here. We have about 700 items to test Annually (primary School) It takes me a week, if uninteruppted. The cost to get a third party in will come in at about £650. The GB deems this to be... a) cost effective b) a good use of my time It is neither of those.

Just picked up a copy of Oliver Twist, that was lying in the corridor. Charles dicken loved a bit of superfluous wordage!!

When i ran our coding club, only about 10 of 30 children were there for the club. The rest were there because it was cheaper than the third party afterschool provision. So essentially ended up baby sitting for 20 uninterested children taking my time from those that were engaged. So I stopped doing it. I was unpaid at the time, got offered payment to continue, but declined.

Have a chat with the caretaker/ site team. They tend to know where the equipment is ( though they may not know its purpose.)

It is reasonably close to the book. But lacks the darker humour of the book. but not a bad movie all in all

There are lots of schools reporting very low numbers for the next academic year. We are a full class down, As are a couple of our other trust schools.

Just started the third book of the Scythe series by Neal Shusterman. A YA novel really, but pretty good nevertheless. Also been snapped up for a tv show i believe.

We have the same model. Due to the catastrophic failure of our main oven, the other half cooked a full roast in it. It was just for the 2 of us mind.

Thanks for the replies. All volumes are at Max. Different ringtones make little (if any difference) @DeGrimmy seems like the situation you had is exactly the issue here. Will give this a go.
