We opted for a ceiling mounted CCTV camera with an HDMI output directly into the projector. Covers the required area and Chef is very happy with it.

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the projector lens repolished to remove scratches? We now have 2 projectors that are no longer useable or are they now just very large paper weights?

We thought that our Y7 accounts were not being created but turned out they were being created in the wrong intake year. There is a setting in Locker to set the start year and leaving year for Year 7’s. We had not updated this. The other issue that this caused is that Locker wrote the incorrect email addresses back in to SIMS and had to be manually removed.

We had similar, again with Epson projectors and I think either Lenovo or Toshiba laptops. We ended up using powered VGA to cat5 extenders with the shortest cat5 cable. It was a messy solution but did work. I’ve now moved the extenders into the ceiling void to stop people unplugging the cables and then saying “it’s not working again”.

Also trialing Rohos on our RDS setup. Worked OK for a single test user where I added the user manually and then scanned the QR code into the Google Authenticator app. Is that really the only way to do it or can Rohos email OTP/QR code out? Anyone tried the email options with an on-prem relay server or O365 account instead of GMail?

Don’t you need to import the NIC driver into the WinPE drivers folder and not any general or machine specific folder set? I needed to add a WinPE driver for a Dell laptop just this week. On the Dell website there were drivers specifically for WinPE.

Not tried it with Intune but it also fails for me via GPO’s and MDT. It appears to want to install the C++ 2015-2019 runtimes but doesn’t like it if they are already installed. Not sure if that will help you in your issue.

What do people do to prevent the wireless display adapters from being removed/stolen?

I am tempted, will speak to the boss tomorrow. We recently purchased 5 refurbished AP’s but spares/extras are always useful.

My guess is ‘Rush’ for this years themed badge. Missing the event again this year :-(

Our Exchange 2010 stops sending and receiving when space on the C:\ is less than about 5GB. Logs and data stores are on separate drives.
