Also remember that FOM decide when to broadcast the radio messages, be it from Team/Driver or Team/FIA. FOM are attempting to get the younger generation interested, and for the most part it is working, but it's FOM that are choosing to play the Team Boss's comments over the air and at times missing out whole chunks of the before/after conversation.

As much as I might dislike Max's driving standards at times, the result is down to the luck of the drivers being in the right place on track at the right time to pit under the VSC and SC without having to give up track position. Had Lewis not been held up significantly by Perez on that lap to cut the gap between the title contenders down to 1.5 seconds, then it is likely that when the VSC came out they would of had the time to pit for new tyres.. but thats part of the race. No idea what might happen so you play your cards and deal with it. Biggest issue in it all was the confusion of not allowing cars to un-lap themselves, only to be changed just before calling the SC in to ensure it wasn't a finish under the SC

Office 365 Mailbox Set Retention Policy for a folder via PowerShell
Boredguy replied to djm968's topic in Cloud Services
Don't think you can as that folder might not exist. You can specify some default folders, such as Junk/Deleted etc as the tag, but Personal ones is user assignment only. I've not seen a Powershell command to do it -
When you say display has packed up, is it booting at all? I've had some where I've needed to undo all the screws on the bottom (including 2 under the rear rubber feet) and just disconnect the battery for a second before they will work. If the kit was provided to your school directly then you are responsible. Some you can try getting fixed under warranty, however at one point I'm sure GeoBooks said they couldn't do anything since there was no replacement parts available in their chain. We've several units sat doing nothing as the screen has been smashed and we've not yet worried about trying to source replacement screens to adapt them to fit like some others here have done

Office 365 Mailbox Set Retention Policy for a folder via PowerShell
Boredguy replied to djm968's topic in Cloud Services
Do you have a "Personal" type Retention tag for the duration that you want on that folder defined and assigned to the Retention Policy the user is assigned (if not Default) For example, in the old Exchange Admin Center -> Retention Tags, we have the default option of "Personal 5 Year Move to Archive" rule which is a type "Personal". If I apply that to our Default Retention Policy users can then select that tag for their folder. You can't just create a tag, it needs to be assigned to the policy for it to be available. -
Trouble with Silently configure OneDrive user accounts
Boredguy replied to AlteredAdmin's topic in Cloud Services
Our username and start of e-mail address are the same (since it makes logical sense for users to sign in to the computers with the same structure as signing in to Office 365) If your e-mail address has a different name syntax such as forename.surname then it's harder since there is not a variable in Group Policy Processing that matches it. But glad you got it sorted and happy that the values helped anyone else with automating the logon -
Help getting started with Intune/Intune for Education
Boredguy replied to StevieM's topic in How do you do....it?
Have you had a look at the wonderful KatyTech Blog by our own MVP @Katy (https://katystech.blog/2020/12/intune-part-1-autopilot-win10/) regarding inTune and Autopilot, it might make a bit more sense than Microsoft's guide? -
Not had any reports from users about that through our SWGfL connection, and we've been using Hegarty quite a lot of the last year or so

Trouble with Silently configure OneDrive user accounts
Boredguy replied to AlteredAdmin's topic in Cloud Services
the additional values updated OneDrive so it put the e-mail address into the box automatically and supressed the messages. If your e-mail addresses start with the normal network username, the %username% variable will automatically be replaced with the correct value when it runs -
Trouble with Silently configure OneDrive user accounts
Boredguy replied to AlteredAdmin's topic in Cloud Services
We have the following Registry settings applied via GPP for users when they logon to stations and OneDrive is silently logging them in to OneDrive on Demand (other than when it decides to update) HK_CU\Software\Microsoft\OneDrive\ EnableADAL = 1 ClientEverSignedIn = 0 SilentBusinessConfigCompleted = 0 FirstDeleteDialogsShown = 1 HK_CU\Software\Microsoft\OneDrive\Accounts\Business1\ FirstRunSignInOrigin = 0 UserEmail = %username%@ourdomainhere.com FirstRun = 0 -

This is likely due to the fact that the workstation can only see the S Drive of the local school, as it does not use the SQL connection at that point, but rather the Network path. Depending on how your network is configured and access between sites etc, you might be able to create a script to remap the drive if the user picks which school they want, but Standalone version of Nova might be easier

When you've had the drop in school and your logged on to your workstation, has the event log shown that your IP address from the DHCP server has changed. Highly unlikely based on all the testing and checks you've done before. Can't remember if you said you loose network connectivity when it happens, or just internet access. If it's just internet access I'd be looking more at the router than LAN since there should be nothing affecting your network traffic internally unless there is a rogue DHCP server kicking in and your stations are picking up an invalid address.

Yep as I "rented" it at 9:30 yesterday morning. E-mail from amazon confirmed Order Grand Total: £3.49

Well after @LeMarchand mentioning that Dune was cheap for rent on Amazon yesterday I sat down and watched it last night. Did seem strange that "Aquaman" ended up on a desert planet. And of course Drax has really let himself get pale after the events in Avengers Endgame While the music was good, found the overall film to be quite slow paced and not that enjoyable so glad I'd missed seeing it in the cinema. Will likely work better for me when part 2 comes out

The only reliable way for it to work would for it to be accessible under your own domain name, as a lot of the bulk content video hosting sites (such as vimeo) would be filtered due to the other unsuitable content that they can host.

I think the £3.49 price is what it is meant to be currently more than it being mispriced

November Update - 2021-11 KB5007247 - Kerberos errors
Boredguy replied to Koldov's topic in Windows Server 2012
It can take up to a week from the patch being applied to all DC's before it stops complaining from what I read -
You can do as it goes in a different folder, but if you had previously installed A2C with the AppData folder sat somewhere centrally, then it's a simple case of updating the jcq.a2c.client.gui.exe.config file (short name I know) with the CustomAppDataPath having the value of your folder, which for us we put on the S drive

It does as long as it's run on the same server instance as SCCM.
