  1. No, they offer poor value for money in my experience
  2. I don’t know, where is it? You can store data in China under GDPR so long as you follow the right process and safeguards.

  5. Typical Having worked in literally hundreds of schools I can confidently say there is almost no link between these underperforming schools and the age of their WiFi kit This just comes across as lazy from the DfE. Rather than bother to see where the investment is needed they are simply applying it to an already defined group of schools, regardless of impact and need
  6. It is more expensive in terms of pound notes, but when you consider the benefits it stacks up for us very well
  7. We found PaperCut hive was very clunky from a user perspective, required far too much from the client and was just not suitable for school deployments I find it a bizarre approach when really all we want is a cloud version of PaperCut Because of this we are moving to directprint.io which is actually built for cloud from the ground up
  8. How much would a small school be paying for ScholarPack?
  9. Not an LGfL or Netsweeper customer so not defending them in any way but: Based on 2024 data, 48.6 million new websites have been created this year. That equals approximately 177,372 websites per day. About 4.34% of all websites are considered new and were created in 2024 https://explodingtopics.com/blog/how-many-websites-on-the-internet If you look for workarounds you will find them. Relying purely on a technical solution is folly.
  10. This is all very undignified
  11. A Google sheet, published as a site if needed You could also populate the Google Contacts information so it appears when you mouse over someone
  12. I just Googled it..... how on earth is this a baby step? Baby Step 3b (BS3b) – Save a House Deposit Save a House Deposit Aim for a minimum of a 20% house deposit to make sure you get access to the best rates
  13. How is it priced after the first 100?
  14. ICT reverse very reliable, collect almost anything for free and are fully certified. They upload all your certificates to a portal after the work is complete which is super helpful when you have multiple schools or using them over multiple years
  15. As with others, not used the lockers but the trolleys are fantastic
