We use Polycom CX handsets with our on-premis Skype for Business, I tested a Polycom VVX handset and oh my it was awful its in a box in the junk room for if they actually improve it ever. Snom make S4B handsets if you get them with the Lync License and they work nicely

If your not in the other person's contacts they won't see you, if you are however in them they will find out on next refresh if they scroll up and down contacts, you can block users to stop them contacting you however but it still shows you up I believe making you look ignorant. Give the server a bounce and see if it sticks at the next backup, sometimes it can get stuck when snapping as part of the backup process which will usually make the backup job fail / hang a reboot and it will probably go away and not be an issue again If it is give the Backup agent took a reboot if your using something with an agent on the host.

If its something service related on your machine look in Services in the Logon as column if you see anything with your username go in to that service and fix it

Have you installed something that is using your credentials as a service that could be a good spot for it to be caught.

Ruckus for sure we have replaced Cisco with it in offices and no-one misses or complains about the Cisco kit and we used less APs and it just works so much better

It just seems such a mouthful and after years of calling it Crossrail everyone knows it as that and knows it as that and maps have already existed with that naming, Crossrail made sense as its a rail that X's across London with Crossrail 2 being a sister event and doing the opposite line of the X so that will be the Elizabeth Line 2 when it opens or heaven forbid the Charles or Camilla line....

That sounds like a faulty phone the reset is power and volume down button for 10 seconds so sounds like you got a bug of some nature either software or hardware

With experience of varieties of rack the nicest racks I have EVER used are HP followed by Rittal of which we have probably about 20 here where I work now and they aer lovely. Go for 1000 deep ones if you can as that extra space is always worth it as you never know what random kit you need it or could means you could use the decent cable management arms on servers etc... If I was spec'ing a new setup now it would be either HP or Rittal racks for sure also think good cable management practices in them at the same time keep them nice and neat
