Is the net2 service and net2 client service running? In taskbar items on the right there should a green triangle for the net2 server. If it is not there, go to applications and open Net2 server. If it is grey colour right -click the icon and start the net2 server. Also, I have a few other questions. Currently, we utilize our main office pc as the brains for this software. In other words, it acts as our server. Is that really the best set up. Should we have a separate pc to act as our server for the keyless software? - The software doesn't require much resources, but for peace of mind I have always installed it on a server where it can be backed up. Also, I assume the software is automatically backed up somewhere on our server/computer, but should we also be making a manual backup to this on an external drive or thumb drive. - The database is automatically backed up, and can be found in the program installation folder in a folder called backup. One more question.....does anyone use the remote software through their web browser. I'm thinking of getting our tech to set that up in case for some reason, we don't have our phone handy, but we are close to a pc and can log in via a web browser. Be aware If the 3rd party Onedrive mapping software users WebDAV to map drives to Onedrive. That WebDAV is being depreciated in the next release of windows. I believe you can still use it in the next release, but it is not enabled by default.
