It isn't so much you are blocked, rather that you are not 'allowed'! Since they changed the filtering recently to only allow categorized sites. Clearly you haven't been categorized yet (though you may be now, they seem to pretty quick to respond to requests lately).

Is there some sort of weighting applied to that, on my scale list that's SO1 which last year went to £26k at the top.

 

Last years for reference, I can't find this years online yet but I dont think a 3K pay rise has been applied.

No that salary range is Scale 6 to the end of SO1. There will be 3 points in SO1 26 ish bieng the max.
