I spoke to ISAMS at BETT, in particular the integration manager. He wasn't aware and no-one from groupcall had raised anything at that time that he was aware off. He was going to chase it up.

Hi Denzal2k4 asked our SSRS report writer here in school if he could help, this was his response On a quick look at what has been provided and by looking at the backend of iSAMS the where part in the query needs to include the code below: (TblMedicalConditionGroup.bDeleted = 0 and TblMedicalNoteType.bDeleted = 0 and TblMedicalAuditBase.bArchived = 0 and TblMedicalAuditBase.bDeleted = 0) 0 appears to be active. So if all the values for the fields listed are set to 0 then it should only bring in what is current. This is not a module we use and without seeing the actual report and the results I can only make my best guess. Let me know how you get on, happy to take it over to the DM's if easier. Thanks

We've been told by our account manager, things should start to improve towards the end of the month. He said something about raising a toner order via the portal and they will cross reference your toner level on the devices and if below 5% will prioritize these. Though just before I left work the repro technician said an email was sent and the process had changed.

I would be interested but your location is a bit far away from the North West. I know of a refurbishment company that would maybe be interested, seen as I get most of my HP stands from them. PM if you want there contact details. But don't throw them away!

InTune - Androids not completing Compliance and Registration
ticker replied to Carter's topic in Cloud Services
Yep we've had this issue since Monday, just as we were ready to roll out 25 tablets to staff. Reported to Microsoft, they know about the issue but no fix yet. They said they'd update within the next 24/48 hours. It's around the android enterprise enrollment. Talk about timing, been fine up until then. -
I would agree with his assessment, we looked at it as a replacement for PASS. It's fine for the purchase ledger but in terms of the fees billing no way near enough ready. It's probably fine for small independent schools but larger ones like ourselves who manage there own Direct debits it's not set up to handle it.

As a school that uses ISAMS and has a nursery, it doesn't have any kind of inbuilt way to manage the things you mentioned. The way I have done it is by creating custom fields, but its far from perfect.

cost of impero education pro
ticker replied to EducationTech's topic in Network and Classroom Management
I would definitely look around but another +1 for netsupport. Having used Impero, I would say netsupport, especially DNA offers really value for money. Works across our thin and fat client network, and our techinicans use it daily for remote support due to the size of our site. -
