This is the legacy-free model, the photo shows the legacy port add-on card. This machine was still in use as a staff PC here until 2010 or so. HP bought Compaq and used the iPaq name for a series of (far more famous) pocket PCs. 2

Unfortunately many of them, if my memory serves me correctly were prone to capacitor plague. They sold well enough to continue though, unlike things like the Dell GX260s and some HP SFF desktops of the time which, although were top of the range at the time were pure scrap Kept me in Core2Quad processors though!
