I you find that there's something you really want to see (Rings of Power Season 2?), wait until they try to tempt you back with a free month and use it to catch up. Out of the "Big Three" we use Netflix by far the most, then Disney (paid for by Tesco vouchers), then Amazon. P.S. Have you tried Jack Reacher?

I'd not bothered before because I'm not usually that fussed with Star Wars but I was at a loose end and I thought "Why not?". I'm three episodes in and I'm liking it so far

I'm three episodes in and I'm liking it so far I personally loved all 3 shows, although they all show the universe in their own ways. Obi Wan is all about the 'big name' characters, which is in stark contrast to Andor which very much focuses on the 'little guys' of the universe. Mando sits somewhere between the two and is, I think, my favourite of the three because of that - a mix of 'little guys' and named characters. 1

Please can you PM me your email address so that I can send you the bill for psychological damage to our cat, who didn't know what was going on, as well as potential damage to two remotes, and cleaning of a cushion, my T shirt and dressing gown, all of which got drenched when I literally spat out the mouthful of cider I had when the "cat" was about to paw the ginger lad . Loved it! Second ep not quite as sharp, but pretty darn good.

Finished this last night, and it was a lot of fun - possibly better than the first season. Loved the name on the fake passport at the end. It seems as if they're not thinking they'll get a third season as we got the "probably no more" ending out of two possibles. I dunno, the "anatomy quiz" and "3D Printer" in Episode 3 gave me the giggles. Also finished "Wednesday" recently. Fun, but I wouldn't have been distraught if it hadn't been renewed.

The search result showed that we could view it via Netflix for a fee. We didn't feel like setting up a Netflix account for this alone so we decided to leave it and look for something else. While browsing All4 we found the same show FOR FREE (with adverts) Just a bit annoying that the free option was hidden, and the chargeable version promoted.

LeMarchand Posted February 20, 2023 Posted February 20, 2023 I enjoyed both seasons of Picard. 3 seems to be shaping up as a reunion tour for the NextGen crew (apart from Wil Wheaton?). Nice to see the dedication to Annie Wersching at the end. Feb seems to be "final season" month: Picard, Carnival Row and The Nevers (if you are in the US and managed to catch its brief outing on Tubi).

Apparently it will also head to Roku, though that may only be in the US. It's still listed as on Sky Atlantic, but afaict only the first 6 episodes. You would think that existing deals would be honoured, but who knows? Picard: I hope I'm as active as Beverly Crusher when I'm 72! Also, Jean-Luc is a bit of a player - Beverly is 10 years his junior and Laris 21. (Yes, Orla Brady is 61!) 1

So, so very glad they kept the ending intact, was always such a gut-punch finale
