4th Edition is definitely the one I'm after

I know this is probably a long shot, and I'm not sure it's the right board to ask, but I've been after the 4th Edition of the Talisman board game for quite a while and was wondering if anyone here had a copy they were willing to part with for a reasonable price? It's been out of print for a little while, and what few copies there are are going for frankly ludicrous prices. There's bound to be some of these kicking around in people's lofts etc, and there's only so many times I can refresh the Facebook marketplace page before I feel like I need to be more active in my hunt!

I absolutely loved the show, do agree it could have had more infected though. So, so very glad they kept the ending intact, was always such a gut-punch finale

It seems there was an update out yesterday and it's mostly fixed the major stutters? I'm still dropping below the frame rate I should be getting for my rig, but at least I can play now

I've got the same issue, but mine never recovers after the stutters start. Really looking for a fix because the short 10 minute bursts I've played the game have been really fun

I feel like the only person around who actually liked that film. Was quite excited because of the director and I didn't feel like it disappointed, then I got home and read reviews...

It "ends" the whole boat arc, and answers I'd say 90% of the questions viewers would have. As conclusive an ending as you could have while also leading into a second season (one that'll never happen)

As much as I loved 1899, I guessed almost everything that was coming (especially the ending, called it a few episodes in). And I'm honestly really not one to guess twists

Reminds me of Supernatural in that regard. First 5 seasons were fantastic and the original creator ended it wonderfully, then the network decided to milk it for another decade

Glad to see someone else appreciate the emotionally cathartic ending of Lost. During the first year of my Lit degree I managed to put up a good argument against most of my class that the show was always a character and emotion driven one, it never really needed to answer everything!

I agree, that's probably one of the best colour combos I've seen for Nids. I need to get off my butt and start my Necrons sometime soon. I remember I wrote down a comprehensive colour scheme on a post-it, but I've misplaced it. Something to do with black and gold... or maybe purple...

Just wanted to necro this thread to say it's been a very strange blast from the past reading the original posts on this. I was 10 when this thread started!

I could say I would be doing all sorts of things with it, but in reality I'd just be slamming Elden Ring out daily like nothing changed
