There is an issue with programming the RFIdeas card readers on certain versions of Windows 10, wondered if its linked, money on it been a Windows 10 issue.

Isn't it for this reason why a look up put in before it enters the wall if running the cable down so water wouldn't do this? It's what I was always taught.

DrayTek will work with them but only certain models so check your DrayTek works with the one they supply. What is wrong with everyone using their own data or just enjoying a weekend away from it all? The little MiFi devices are easiest option now I find, I've had a good few things connected to one with no issues.

I uploaded some 600 images off my DSLR the other day, around 30 images were corrupt but have been restored using recovery software. I now have 2 folders one with 3 more files in but not with original names, is there a way to compare and pull out the 3 files with ease?

I would enable UDP 500/4500 (will need to check as not sure off the top of my head) for VPN traffic so they can VPN back to the office if needed.

I don't think there is a way to deal with this other than educating staff in the best use and best practice. I think its up to the individual how they want to organise their inbox i.e. folders/rules, can you tell them how to organise their desk and paperwork? Those with logic would use a folder structure, I for one I very reliant on my email work and home so my Outlook is my key tool to my life! Obviously educating about what to keep and what to not keep can be difficult, I must admit I do keep a lot of emails but do bin a lot and also unsubscribe from those I don't need. The way forward I think is something like Office 365 these days which allows all sorts but when it comes to the work life balance, if its important someone needs to pick the phone up, if someone chooses to work in an evening they shouldn't expect a reply till the following day. I have a separate work phone and only have work emails on that, the only time I look at them out of hours is if I have a bit of a catch up on OWA to make my life simpler. I'd never expect someone to reply back to me, its not that important. If the individual choose to work late that's their choice but shouldn't expect a response.

Both sites have internet I would just setup a site to site VPN as a start, cost should be next to nothing unless you need to replace routers etc but that is a start. We used to run all our site to site VPN's over the internet.

That's odd, never seen so many copies of it. If you don't use it in your print mapping GPO just create a task to Delete "OneNote" and it will remove it on all that it applies to.

Simple answer for me would be no, staff would end up wanting their ink paid for. If they have a corporate device VPN and print to print solution in school, data also kept secure and they can't print of stuff randomly at home that maybe they shouldn't.
