Hi, and thank you for your reply
You understand my situation perfectly.
I had a new phone system supplied and installed in january this year. I placed a confirmed order at end of november, but with christmas and holidays of staff, it was january when installed.
Now in july i have received (another) quarterly invoice from BT for charges for maintenance on my OLD system (Versatility). When i adked the question why am i still being billed, i was offered a credit going back to when I placed the order.
My question is when did BT stop being able to maintain the Versatitity system in the first place, so i can argue that my credit should go back to that time.
The reason i have a new system is because BT could not replace my old one like for like because it was 'obsolete'. I was left with no choice but to order a new system. I was very happy with the system, the handsets were however, starting to give problems.
Hope this makes clear my predicament
Xx
Annette
