Does anyone know a dedicated Education Support email for GSuite? Failing that a telephone number? Our domain isn’t getting verified and I think they are emailing the GSuite email but as it’s suspended I can’t get in to read them! Thanks

I disagree with this. 2 cores doesn’t mean you can only have 1 VM. You can have more but performance may not be good. But for a practice machine I’ve run 4+ VM on a 2 Core CPU

SWGfL and Google Images issue on Chrome?

We are unable to copy a picture from Google Images, we have to go into the image and view the direct URL until we can copy it. Copying from the image search does not work. Is this due to the SWGfL SSL Filter?

ZuluDesk Support latest MDM updates on day one. Lightspeed to not always. I think when it was iOS 9.3 Lightspeed took a good 6 month to support the features. I use ZuluDesk at a lot of schools now and Lightspeed at 1. ZuluDesk is much better

The device seems ok, just under powered I think. Low storage as well, we struggled with a Win10 image on them. The charging unit seemed cheap. Ours came and multiple shelve didn’t work and it has since fallen apart

I did see that field and wondered what it did but then we do use the password sync. However I could probably get away from this for just Staff and keep the password sync bit for Students as they do not sync to Office 365

So we use both Office 365 and GSuite and want to sync both from AD. I need to configure GSDS to pull the email address from only the upn regardless of what the mail or dns Suffix are. DNS Suffix and Mail fields are used by AADConnect. The GSuite domain is different to the Microsoft Office 365 one. Is this possible?

Afraid not. Only option was to boot from USB and then allow the build to happen. Support didn’t even think that PXE being missing was a bad thing Not very impressed with these devices at all.

Make sure that both external domains are listed as additional DNS Suffix in AD. Then change the users AD account to reflex the correct the domain name on the Account tab. Also make sure the email address field of users is set and correct

I’ve seen that and have now changed it. But what about users already provisioned from AD as these are not new now. -
I’ve setup GSuite AD Sync and password sync. It’s working fine in replicating password to GSuite bit when logging into GSuite users are asked to change their passwords. Ideally I don’t want this. Have I missed a step?
