    We had a Fujitsu DX60 S4 with close to 20TB after RAID. 5 year warranty included, close to £9k. Included dual controllers. I don't think that is bad!?

    What's wrong with Server 2016? A very stable, solid OS. Plus I don't think there will be a 2016 R2

    Do your machines not have any other connection than VGA? You could try adjusting the Refresh Rate on the machine.

    Also ensure that your credit card is assigned to PayPal to pay. That way if it is a dodgy key you can claim on your credit card and get the money back, and often keep the purchase
