AdventureMice: Mermouse Mystery and AdventureMice: Mice on the Ice. Two from Philip Reeve and Sarah McIntyre. Only of interest to Reeve completists like me or those with kiddies in the suitable age range. Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo. The conclusion of the "Crows" duology sees the gang trying to recover from the setbacks of the last book. Thoroughly enjoyable, but not quite as epic as its predecessor. For those who want to know how this fits in with the (now cancelled) show: It's a curious mix as Pekka Rollins' fate at the end of the book has already been dealt with in the show (the show has him in a worse place) whilst Matthias is part of the gang mid-way through the first book but Jesper and Wylan only get to kiss quite some way through this one. Anyway, well worth a read if you're into the Grishaverse - but if you've read the first part, I can't imagine you haven't read this one too.

You do need PRS/PPL unless everything is strictly educational, though most schools are probably covered by both. You can do all the above on free, and AFAICT you can have unlimited devices in EDU. The main restriction I have come up against is that some things can only be run on an individual basis on free.

Sugru also has a shelf-life and never seems to stay useable if you don't need the whole packet. Thanks for the nano-tape idea. I actually have some bits pulled off old kit that I use, but they were too thick and not the right size to hold my car Bluetooth aux adapter to the head unit's display firmly (head unit looks to be far too much like hard work to replace). Once I realised that you can buy it and what it was called, nano-tape to the rescue!
