Another ways of marking boundary 'ownership' is a red edge to the inside of the boundary. If it is your side of the line, your boundary. USUALLY fence posts are on the owners side of the fence. "Pretty" side towards the neighbors, but don't rely to heavily on this as repairs/replacements get done by those who don't know (or who do, and are uncaring/bloody minded).

There is another advantage to this; and I've had it done in two suites here. The switch is at the teachers' desk - to guarantee focus from the kids, turn their monitors off. Beware the Biology department freezer. If that gets turned off, you are going to be very unpopular.

No - a risk assessment of the OP's situation is required to DECIDE if it is moot in the cases under consideration.

I'd say that you cannot meet the DSE requirements for "computer users" without some sort of external. A stand and keyboard/mouse and/or a monitor at the correct height. They are fine for a bit of light typing, but not for long periods of typing/drawing/etc. A teacher could run a lesson through a projector without, but you would need to do a RA / DSE assessment.
