  1. Thanks @atfnet ... so they do. I had already looked and couldn't find anything, but now realise that I had only looked on their website rather than catalogue. Found exactly what I'm looking for! Now to give a call and see how much it costs.
  2. Hi, Not sure if anybody can help? We are in the process of having a new Library built and the vision is for there to be three flat screen TV's mounted from the ceiling in a circle. I have been tasked with the job of trying to find a mount for them, but am not having much luck. I am after something similar to: This is made by a company called Peerless, but only seem to be available in the US. Does anybody know of a supplier in the UK that may be able to source such a thing? Many Thanks Tom

    Ergo BIOS

I have to say, Ergo are brilliant with their legacy support. Although, I'm not sure if they actually release BIOS files and might want to reflash them themselves. Tom
  4. Did it by having saved as a .reg file and ran the following script in our login.bat:
  5. When I tried using Group Policy it didn't work for me either. I ended up importing the following into the Registry at login: Tom
  6. Hi All, I would like to configure our Intel network card's to allow WOL as on most of our PCs it seems to be disabled by default. Does anyone know if it is possible to change the following settings in the registry by importing a .reg file? - Enable PME = Enabled - Wake on Link Settings = Forced - Wake on Settings = Wake on Magic & Directed I don't fancy the idea of changing these settings manually on each PC. Cheers Tom
  7. @ChrisH , will that only work on Linux, or can that be configured with Microsoft WDS/MDT
  8. Thanks guys. Much appreciated. I have resorted to using something similar .... Sel dis 0 Sel par 1 Active Format fs=ntfs label="New Volume" Assign letter=c exit Does anybody know of a way to get it to show a status indicator, as at the moment all I get is the 'Running Lite Touch Installation' window, which shows that its running the command line. Otherwise I can press F8 at the WDS login screen and use DOS and type roughly the same command that show the percent completed, but wanted to make it quite automated, would just be handy to see how far its got Cheers Tom
  9. Hi All, Wondering if anybody could shed some light? I would like a Task Sequence in our MDT for wiping a machines HDD. I have had a look at the Standard Client Replace Task Sequence, but don't want to save/backup any data, literally just wipe the disc. Would anybody be able to talk me through modifying this so that it works or how to create a new one. Thanks Tom
  10. Hi @sjb I have just completed an order for the same as your requirements for about the £13k mark. Consisted of the Ergo Flex Mini PC and some 19" ViewSonic Hard Glass monitors. Cheers Tom
  11. Hi All, Just a quick one .... We are about to replace all of the computers in our main IT room. At the moment we have some older Stone All-In-One PC's ... as these are pretty expensive to buy and I am trying to save money due to a very restricted budget we are getting conventional PCs, but are now in need of monitors. Traditionally we have always purchased hard glass screens to reduce damage but as these push the price up a bit we are looking at just normal soft TFT's. How many people have hard glass monitors or see the benefit in them? Those that don't have them, do you tend to see much damage? My concern is that because students/teachers are used to having hard glass monitors and know that touching them won't break them .. will they just presume and we accidentally end up with a load of damaged screens? Cheers Tom
  12. Oh yeah ... definitely one of those days .... have tried that in the past and it didn't work ... but can try again.
  13. One of those days ... I did think that was what it might have been, looks like that might be what I will be doing :/
  14. Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but just wondered if you had found a solution? Also @sonofsanta ... what is dGPUs?
  15. Hi, As far as I know it would be difficult to pass on all the emails etc to another person if they took over as they would go into [email protected]'s Inbox. What you could do is set up a user [email protected] and give [email protected] delegated control. This is what we do for our ictsupport account. Cheers Tom
