We seem to have solved the problem, we lowered the MTU to 1100 and put them on DHCP rather than static and we have a enough back thanks for all the help.

We have a ZD 3050, and 7363, and 7982 and suddenly today our remote site has gone down. We have been fighting this all day and can't find an answer. We have an MPLS connection that has been working until yesterday. Now every AP is stuck in provisioning or disconnected. any ideas-- i will cry!!

We set up delegated print codes for classes - its one code but it releases all the prints for that class - doesn't work so well in secondary because of sets, groups and forms, but works like a dream in primary where no one moves around.

We can ping devices from our main site down there, and other devices. We cannot ping any phone type devices from the new site here including the controller. the IPO is on the main site so has the settings from here, the new site is on a different subnet. the IP route on the IPC is set to blank as i was directed sorry if this is not clear

Morning all, We are having some issues with our Avaya ip office system over our new MPLS. The phones at our new site will not ping our phone server at our current site. Our engineers and the 3rd party support have no further ideas. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

as long as not supervised, email to using office portal not a prob, and havent had any issues getting photos off unsupervised ipads.

It depends what you want the whiteboard bit to do---- we use Ben Q boards (65" £1499ish) the have a built in android bit but its basic. There is also the new whiteboard app on O365 if you want that.....

Not sure-- trying to find out. It was first bought as a premises help desk, then some e-learning, now policies. IT weren't involved in the purchase so trying to get the numbers out of people is difficult....

Morning all, This has been giving me a headache for the past couple of days and i just can't seem to figure it out. We have Clicker 7 on our machines and we use learning grids website for downloadable resources but for some reason the learning grids resources wont download from within the program. They will download direct from the website, and play in the program though. Our broadband supplier says its going through fine, but i just cant pinpoint the problem When right clicking and save target as, I get the following message: [Window Title] Web Browser [Content] Unable to download ResourceStream.ashx from http://www.learninggrids.com. The file could not be written to the cache. Any help would be appreciated - window 1709 and up, default browser is chrome.

Morning all, I have been asked to copy a set of files from our admin share to a whole school share on a daily basis. My script worked fine for the first few days but is now copying files to the outside of the folder structure. i.e. taking file a from inside folder a and copying it to the root of the folder. can someone please give me a clue as to what in my script is wrong? Copy-Item -Path "\\server\share\rootfolder\foldera\*" -Destination "\\server\share2\rootfolder" -Recurse -Force Thanks in advance!!

Post 13 - don't they use the LRS (learning Record Service) for accreditation - not sure if this is what you mean?!!?
