ConTheITGuy Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 It isn't so much you are blocked, rather that you are not 'allowed'! Since they changed the filtering recently to only allow categorized sites. Clearly you haven't been categorized yet (though you may be now, they seem to pretty quick to respond to requests lately).
