If you like MR Robot then you'd probably like the TV series Legion.

Currently rewatching Walking Dead with Mrs Teejay, she wasn't interested when I first watched it. She is now hooked and was up till 3 am watching it. They really should ban that feature that auto starts the next episode ;-)

Did anyone happen to watch Ash vs The Evil dead series that was done recently?

Yes - It's really good fun.

Lucy L's character is really good (although with unfortunate hair in later episodes) and the other tow (other than ash) eventually grow on you.

Well worth finding some time to watch (if you enjoyed the movies - if you didn't you will likely not get on with the tv series)

Watched another brilliant Black Mirror last night - Series 3 Ep3 "Shut up and Dance" - this one is set in the present day, which i think along with the subject matter, and the fact that these things are happening in real life made it even more horrible and disturbing than normal.

Finally finished watching all of the Clone Wars (well, except the half of Season 6 that got made before Disney cancelled it.. But I ain't paying £30 just for half a season!) and started watching Rebels. Rebels feels a bit more kiddie-friendly, but I'll give it its fair chance.

Clone Wars had a lot of interesting content, with not too much really feeling like 'filler'. There are a few situations where I sat there thinking "What's the point...?" but overall, definitely enjoyable, and if you're a Star Wars fan that wants to revisit a lot of what's actually new-canon, I'd recommend it.

I saw the Clone Wars film at the cinema, I think I was the only adult there with no kids :) I think we've watched first 2 series, then the rest are in their cellophane still, haven't got round to watching them, I was enjoying it though.on HUKD series 6 goes cheap now and again from Amazon.de, it's been on my wish list for a while but since I haven't seen 3-5 haven't rushed to buy it, but then saying that, I've got the steel books for Rebels which I haven't opened yet!

If you haven't already (I don't know what's included in the steelbook), make sure you don't make the same mistake I did: You do not need to buy the Spark of Rebellion movie if you're going to buy Rebels Season 1.

Episodes 1 and 2 of Rebels Season 1 is the Spark of Rebellion movie split into two halves (with a little bit of extra footage thrown in).

Yes, I honestly don't know that if they make a season 3 of Mr Robot if I would watch it or not..... ok who am I kidding, I probably will, but only when I run out of other things to watch on the train.

And yes, you kind of have to stop using the logical part of your brain when watching walking dead. Like for instance, how is it that the lead character gets stabbed, cut, scrapped etc.. in very unsterile environments (especially if you have seen the most recent episode) and yet you never see him with an infection which you would undoubtedly should get.

Speaking of the walking dead, did anyone bother with Fear the walking dead? Was it just me or did you think while watching (Come the timeline of the walking dead you are all going to be zombies, because not one of you seems to have ever seen any horror films or have an ounce of common sense).

Loved the last episode of The Expanse. If I didn't know better I would say that would be a good place to end off the series.

Oh and Lucky man has just started season 2. A good start to the new series.

Just started watching Rebels with my son. So for it's actually pretty good. And he's hooked with is great for me :)

As for the expanse Season 2. I'm still only two episodes in, but I'm guessing the story will have reached the end of the first book. The pace of the series implied it was heading that way.

Finished Rebels S1 last night (That Fulcrum reveal though!!) and haven't started Season 2 yet. Probably watch the first episode or two tonight before bed.

Also, since finishing Clone Wars season 5, I pre-ordered the paperback Ahsoka book.

Why yes, I might have been on a mega Star Wars binge the last couple of months.. Why do you ask? :getmecoat:

@phreak

We watched Fear the Walking Dead and it definitely improved. But not that much because we thought of it whilst watching The Walking Dead yesterday and couldn't remember what had happened or where we had got to in the storyline!

Mrs Teejay stuck on the first episode of the new series of Broadchurch, very difficult to watch due to the subject matter but absolutely brilliant acting.

@witch

Ha ha. I know what you mean. I remember something about a hotel... and the husband going off to find his psychopathic son... but that's about it.

Humans is a good series. S2 is also pretty good although if you binge watch S1 and S2 then you might find S2 doesn't quite have that sparkle that S1 had.

Just started watching Frontier, seems pretty good and it's got Alun Armstrong who's done lots of dickens roles but in this he's totally psychopathic.

I heard this might be interesting - Time: The Kalief Browder Story - showing on spike TV produced by Jayz. Documentary. It's about a 16yr old kid arrested for a crime he didn't commit, thrown in America's worst jail : Riker's Island without charges for 3 years before being released.

Slowly working through "Person of Interest". Generally good, but the one I watched last night (3.15 "Last Call") was annoying from an I.T. POV. The episode centred on a convoluted plot to erase evidence in a set of 999 calls which a) surely should be backed up somewhere else b) not be accessible from a terminal in an unlocked room that anyone could walk into - I guess at least a USB device was needed to access the data c) should've been a doddle for Harold to back up before the 15 minute deadline and many more faux pas.

So who do we think did it?

You always have to ignore the IT annoyances in POI. They are showing season 5 at the mo on 5US and last week they managed to make a super computer using a bunch of old games consoles. Another IT glitch in one episode (which they stole from Max Headroom), is the o/s manages to escape down the power cable. Great show though.

They've done a great job of making everybody look suspicious so far! I'll be grumpy if they turn Lenny Henry into a sex offender though!

Haha

I was wondering if it could be two attackers - one who knocked her over the head and someone else who dragged her off to the bushes....

I think there are more facts to come out - she is clearly not telling the whole truth yet - there is something that she is ashamed of (or something) that will come out soon

possibly connected to her recent 'liaisons' with several men - some of whom may or may not be strangers
