achedgy Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 Average is a 100 mile round trip, can be as low as 50 and as high as 200 (thanksfully not very often!) the downside of being a self employed techie with schools and businesses over a wide area!

Takes around 25 minutes in the morning and between 25 and 40 in the evening depending on traffic at one particular impossible to avoid junction - only alternative route is about 10 miles further and 20 minutes longer Edited July 18, 2014 by crc-ict

witch Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 mrwitch used to do 75 miles to work with no motorway - used to take him 2.5 hours each way. Nearly killed him. Me? One school is 1 mile away and the other is 4 It's great but puts me off changing job as I can't bear the thought of the commute
Xebec Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Quarter of a mile. That would have been around 14 seconds in my old Mitsubishi GTO TT! Takes about 2-3 mins on foot.
