  1. 1. It will work and yo should have another DC at Site B. You should have a DC/GC in every AD site, otherwise what's the point in having site B. 2. If you have Exch in Site B then you defo need one.

I assume you mean rollup 5, BTW rollup 6 is out. 6. Up the logging in IIS and reproduce the issue and check the logs.

  6. This is most likely the cause of the issue.. By defaultit should deliver to the mailbox when you configur a prfile, it' seems to be going to a PST.

  8. For Exch, well 2010, idea was to move away from SAN, and you dont need a SAN for 2010 as you have features like DAG now.

    BASC Email Problems

    I assume youre sending externally, allow your server to relay - Exchangepedia | How To Allow Relaying in Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2007 Create a new receive connector on Exch for app relay and allow the server IP where thet app sits. Not sure how your app is configured for SMTP, but I assume there will ba SMTP section there somewhere.
  10. 1221 will give you whitespace info, for a true size you need to dump the exch database - Determining the True Amount of Space in an Exchange Database Also, I'd recommend that yuo upgrade to 2010

  15. same issue with Office 2010 SP1 as above. Removing SP1 has helped resolve a very similar issue as yours.
  16. it does appaer to be an outlook issue, when the email is composed set what type it is set to. If youre using 2010 SP1, remove SP1 and test and there have been issues with how Outlook handles HTML link/tags.

  19. Just what we disucussed above, if you have other issue like slow logon it could be something else thou DNS can be one issue. If this is an issue, log you log abnd GPO processing and see what that comes back with
  20. might need to use webdav for that and programme it.
  21. why can't you ask them to give you send-as rights for that user. It only takes about 1 min to do.
