Only thing I can tell you is that when you try and connect, take the word anonymous out of the anonymous field. Apparently its a bug. If I do that, I can connect.

If you install Windows 11 through MDT, it skips the hardware requirements. Might be fine for now but eventually you'll need to upgrade. I use ICT Direct. Can't get better prices and service tbh.

That's why we only went for it as we have floor to ceiling cubicles in an open plan area. No real good for normal toilet blocks, especially at break times when there's lots of students in and out.

New Job, CANT find where to see licensing
ITGuyNW replied to AspiringTechNerd's topic in Licensing Questions
I had a similar thing when I took over this role. Half the stuff was in an account designated as the Microsoft admin and the keys etc were in an account designated for that. Got any old contracts or know who you got the agreement from to point you in the right direction? -
All I can say is we use signed up for Applicaa last year, tried it once, it was rubbish so now Finance are looking elsewhere. Support was pants too.

Verkada however I'd be concerned about cost and bandwidth

Last time I used Publisher was the make a leaflet in the 90s. Since then I've used PowerPoint or an online tool like Canva. -

All sorted for Veeam now cheers all. For those that follow 3-2-1 and the like, do you mirror ALL of your servers in 3 places, or do you backup everyone on a main server and then have the essentials in the other places?

Here you go onyxbox.co.uk/software/downloads/ps.htm Once installed, we have it set to auto and it detects whether you have a proxy available or not and switches between the two.
-
If are still on prem with no intune, you can have a proxy switcher program so it recognises when you're in school and when you're at home and switch between the two.

Slight tangent, I've booked for a 7pm showing of the new Ghostbusters on opening day in a 200 seat + screen and I'm the only booking.... are cinemas quiet at the moment?

Yeah I feared that trying to do a "catch all" type approach instead of per-user may not be possible on A1. I might have to do it manually for now (which really pains me) and then when we get A3, re-evaluate.

Hi all I am wanting to roll out MFA in stages to staff and completely exclude pupils (at this point at least). I've been enabling staff on a per user basis however It's migrating over to the one catch all policy. Has anyone got security defaults enabled in their domain and been able to exclude accounts from having MFA enabled? If I can run a targeted campaign instead of going per user, that would save a lot of time. I assume it won't be this easy though. We're currently A1, with a view of moving to A3 in September... Thanks
