Pro is needed for anyone "receiving" privately share docs over the web with PBI. If you are going to have them just open local files from a share, you just need to install the desktop client with the free licenses on their machines. Basically, you share on the web, you need pro, even to just receive.

All of ours is Unifi. Switches and APs, took the plunge and went to latest firmware, no complaints today. With the old firmware loads of people were complaining at "the internet being slow" We have a high density of clients, which seems to cause issues there too.
-
Has this become more stable with the new firmware release? I don't want to risk upgrading if the bugs are still there.
-
no requests, just showed for us (although I am looking in the new VLSC part in 365 and downloaded it from there). I am fighting with the Volume Control allowing WiFi control at the moment, and if you disable the notifications display, it disables that part which means you cannot get to the option controls.
-
I have imported it into MDT and it identifies itself as windows 10, which made me giggle.
-
It seems everything has calmed down since I downgraded the firmware
-
OK, I am currently downgrading my APs all to 4.3.21 which is a known good firmware. Doing the HD ones first and then doing the Pros and in-walls second
-
You know what, I think I am seeing similar. DHCP is fine, but DNS responses seem to be slow. There are reports of people downgrading their firmware to 4.20.x to get it working properly again.
-
From what I have read, it may take up to several days to appear on all VLSC distribution points for regions.

I do believe there is a defined period where students will still remain on the marksheets after their date of leaving (I think it is 6 weeks but not 100% sure) this is by design to allow for easy retrieval of past information or last minute grade collections for them. They will leave those marksheets in due time.

Coronavirus: General discussion (see opening post for rules)
BKGarry replied to Dos_Box's topic in General Chat
They happened last week, not major issues that I know about -
You can use whoever you want there, it sounds like Capita will be able to start their end of the transfer if they are managing your records.
-
You can use anyone for your external DNS, we use TSOhosts, we transferred over from LEA local support team. The school owns the subdomain the schools.county.sch.uk you can use whoever you want there.
-
Or just change schools lol.

I am very lucky where my bedroom faces north, so I can kinda get a breeze once the sun goes down. It is bearable to walk to work from about 7am to 7:30 but the last 15 mins become totally unbearable and I start melting. Maybe I need to move further north.

[sims] How to import emailed patch to SOLUS for deployment?
BKGarry replied to coolhands's topic in MIS Systems
I do not think you can put the switches in to make it install a specific patch, and do you want to risk leaving you SA password in plain text in a batch file to run it? -

I am afraid Manual Patches like this can't be scheduled (from what I know) You will have to manually apply then with dbupgrade. -

I take it that there isn't a Web Application Proxy in the middle anywhere, as where the HTML5 client uses websockets over port 443 the WAP server cannot forward them on. Although I am imagining this is not the case here.
