My issue with new outlook is not being able to pin Shared Mailboxes inboxes to your favourite, I have 4 different shared mailboxes I have to keep an eye on. I cannot be going hunting to check

Oh yes, our Photography teacher has been happy with that, as it allowed KS3 to get some of the experience and principles of photo editing without having to pay for adobe licenses.

I have to say, I went with Google, although we have 365 as well, Teams and Sharepoint are disabled for students there. All Student work is through Google Classroom, and with Google SSO, it does instantly sign in with your school account if you are on a chromebook, which is nice.

For anyone looking, this academic year I got the SSO working for Canva, and it is beautiful. Instructions for that are here https://www.canva.com/en_gb/help/set-up-sso-edu/ Staff are setup as staff automatically and they all get the premium features.

Does the user have a RADIUS User authenticated WiFi profile on their phone? If the password isn't updated there, that may be causing it

I would say delete orphaned documents, but also look at the Deleting old students and unlinked guardians/contacts routines, Do these in small batches as it will go crazy. but you should not need to keep the information of most students over 25 years old (30 years if they have an SEND or LAC I think) - double check the retention toolkit available for them. Once you get rid of those students, you can then look at the orphaned documents etc. Sorry I cannot give you the exact menu routine, as we no longer have a SIMS license so cannot access this.

That the consolidate everything part, think FMS but for your School Fund for trips etc

Luckily ours does, but I am trying to find out whether Tali/Pebble/School Fund Manager does, which is the pinchpoint here, as that is what is our single point of truth is for School fund/trips etc

That is a pain, but what I will say is Arbor's migration team was excellent and that went smoothly for us this time last year (we did it in Feb half term)

We just received it too, during our Financial year end, we are now trying to figure out next steps. we moved to Arbor last February but have not rolled out the Arbor App to parents fully yet. So we have several decisions to make in a very short amount of time.

We moved from NT-6 to Timetabler when we changed MIS. It is a steep learning curve changing, as Timetabler is much stricter with it's rules, that NT6 could just break/ignore. I would be interested in the source that NT-6 is no longer going to be supported soon, as that is one of the big reasons I see people staying with SIMS, that the Timetabling package is owned and supported in the same was as the MIS.

Thanks to the release of Dexter: Original Sin (the prequel series), I have binged Dexter: New Blood (the one set 10 years after the original run) and all of the original run of Dexter, still think it kinda peaked with the Trinity Killer season, was still an enjoyable watch through. I also rewatched Andromeda, forgot how quickly that show went downhill.

I would invest in a newer bigger file server but set DFS when migrating, then you can add more later etc and expand that way. All of those subject areas here still have home drives on our windows file server, including the macs. Make sure the Access Based Enumeration is turned on with the shares, so if they go up a level, they can still only see their folders. I would not say that those subjects would be affecting the rest of the network at all. As it is only those subjects you listed above that are saving to the local file server, I have about 350gb of usage on the server, with plenty of free space.

We should also remember that no matter what you do, children will find a way around, it is just that it is such a big rollout that it will come to the attention of people a lot quicker than say 1 student at 1 school finding out that they can do it.

Did they not recently have a similar incident with the libraries
