  1. Contagion seems very good though - I never used it in my first playthrough (not sure I ever saw it or found it, but this was when the game launched and there have been a lot of changes since!) and I don't have a cyberdeck this time. I definitely think the game is more geared towards a stealthy quickhack style, but I'm having a lot of fun blasting everyone away.
  2. My fiancée has also been obsessed with Dressmaker! She had a day off last Thursday and played it virtually all day.
  3. I've been splitting time between two single-player games lately: I'm a long way into a re-run of Cyberpunk 2077 now - I never got around to playing the Phantom Liberty DLC so I have been working my way through that. In a stark contrast to my first and only complete playthrough where I used stealth, silenced weapons, basic quickhacks etc., I have gone with a speedy, all-in shotgun build with Sandevistan instead of a cyberdeck (the time slowing cyberware) and it is a lot of fun. When I started this Cyberpunk playthrough, I chose it over starting The Witcher 3 again. A week later, they announced the Witcher 3 remaster, so I'm glad I held off! I've also been playing Star Wars: Zero Company. I'm a sucker for a Star Wars game (and I'm very excited for Galactic Racer releasing in a week's time) but I've really enjoyed it. I always enjoyed watching XCOM playthroughs on YouTube and I have the games in my Steam library, but I've never actually played them. I think I'll probably give them a go after enjoying Zero Company so much - Maybe after I'm done with Cyberpunk, Galactic Racer and likely The Witcher 3 Remastered!
4. Hi all, We have had some students discover that they can book appointments with each other on Google Calendar. This has led to them spamming email invitations to meetings/appointments to other students. We have already set up an email quarantine so that these emails don't make it to the students' inboxes, but I'd prefer to deal with the root cause itself. I've been unable to find any settings in Google Admin that blocks "Booking pages" on Google Calendar. The setting for "Internal sharing options for primary calendars" is already turned off in Apps > Calendar > Sharing settings, but this doesn't appear to affect this. It looks like anything to do with appointment settings, sharing and availability is all handled individually on the account. We've also found out that while they are unable to view other students' calendars, they are able to "Schedule 1:1" from the contact card in anything Google: Doing a quick Google search, Google's answer to this issue is to disable Calendar outright for students in Google Admin, which is certainly not the solution I was looking for, especially since I know that some students use Google Calendar to view their timetable. There doesn't even seem to be an option to stop users from creating events in Calendar. Has anyone else experienced this and can anyone point me in the right direction please? Am I just being stupid? Thanks in advance!
  5. With the announcement of Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic, I had a craving to play a Star Wars game... Knights of the Old Republic is an incredible game but I think it might require some setup and modding to get that working on Windows 11 the way I want it to, so I've jumped back into Jedi Survivor for the third (I think?) time. I love the combat in that game.
  6. Battlefield 6 has been taking up a lot of my gaming time lately, but whenever my friends aren't playing or are offline, I've been playing Powerwash Simulator 2. It's quite a nice, relaxing change of pace compared to Battlefield! This weekend, I started a new save in Stardew Valley. I've not played it for years and it has had several updates since then, and I've been watching someone livestream it recently, which spurred me on to give it a go. It really has hooked me - I think I've got further in this new save than I did in either of my older saves.
  7. This monitor looks too good to be true: https://www.amazon.co.uk/AOC-Q24G4RE-Monitor-2560x1440-DisplayPort/dp/B0F5BW7TT1 I don't have the space for a 27" monitor and I've been hoping for a 24" 1440p monitor for a while... I think I might have to make a purchase! EDIT: Found the catch - Delivery on 12th January 2026...
  8. So I've just found this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-LS43FM702UUXXU-Ultra-Monitor-Speakers/dp/B0FJ2RVP25 It's listed as a monitor, but it's a Samsung, it's 4K, has speakers, 2 HDMI ports (1 with ARC), has TV features and is £300. I don't know if that's a good price for 43" 4K screens, but if I had the space for it, I'd probably get this and run it as a TV... EDIT: If not that, does LG float your boat? https://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-43NANO90A6B-Concierge-Processor-Optimiser/dp/B0FNXBNRBY
  9. Have you checked your print spool folder? It can be found below: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS We used to clear this folder out at the end or beginning of each half-term, otherwise the C drive would fill to the point where no-one could print anymore.
  10. Not necessarily Visio, but I've had trouble getting to the Microsoft Admin Centre today and I've been getting a similar "Something went wrong" page. I wonder if there are just some odd issues with Microsoft services today?
  11. We were notified of this on Friday, to which we said "What outage?". We haven't had any reported issues from our staff since this incident has been reported by Arbor. I hope everyone else isn't affected!
  12. Just finished up the story of Horizon: Forbidden West on PC. It's the second in the series and while the story itself may not be as memorable as Horizon: Zero Dawn, it's still very good and it's a really cool open world to explore with good gameplay additions from the first game. I've got the Burning Shores DLC to complete now, although Jump Space early access is out today and my mates and I are going to dive into that.
  13. Hi Matt, thanks for replying. My ticket number is 597086, Alex has made a few changes this morning and I believe the dev team have been investigating on our box today.
  14. A slight update to this thread - The MITM issue is resolved, I think I cleared cached certificates in Guardian > HTTPS Inspection > Settings. We've moved to the new S9 box as mentioned in the original post, although this hasn't resolved the lockup/reboot issues with Smoothwall. After 40 emails back and forth, we've been told this morning that it's a known issue with Maiden and the dev team is working on it. Unfortunately, since we've moved to the new box, we can no longer go back to the Leeds restore point we made before we originally updated to Maiden, so we're stuck with it now. Lockups and restarts have been getting more frequent - It was once every two weeks, then once a week, and now it feels like it's almost daily. If anyone reading this is still on Leeds and is thinking about updating to Maiden in the summer, my advice would be don't!
  15. I'll be there with my current boss and I believe my former boss @fiza will be there too!
