How is trying to protect kids wrong? Seriously. I know it maybe looked at a bit dramatic, but it's looking out for the childs safety. We all know driving standards are dropping, so this can only be seen as a good thing.

This is what the head wants to do: Looking for a way for parents to: 1) See hwk set online 2) See rewards / consequences given each day 3) Be able to change their details online (doctors / Tel number / address) 4) Issue reports online 5) Share progress data online 6) Be able to take register on iPad on playground 7) Be able to look up any child on iPad rapidly They can use the Teacher App for some of it. But any recommendations on software? They have hosted SIMs. Would eSchools | School websites, VLE and Communication packages for schools do the above?

I know a good plumber and he doesn't charge a call out fee. If the work is worth it, most good ones won't charge it. It sounds like it could be planned anyhow. It's better to pay a callout fee anyway rather than a later big cost later on. It's all well and good asking the web for advice, but you still need the knowhow and knowledge, to put that theory into practice.

The standard of todays driving unfortunately. I've always said its not speed that kills, its the person and their driving skills. Lack of lane discipline, road awareness and the most irritating - lack of indication.

The only issue I can see, is that it doesn't monitor other drivers also on the road. There are so many idiots on todays roads, as standards have definitely dropped, so these black boxes do not monitor this. If someone has to brake suddenly, how does the box know why the driver has taken evasive action.

Bit how do you monitor it? For example, we have to allow .exe files to be run for students for programming. So they could use onedrive for files like that... It really is catch22.

It would be interesting to know the amount of customers who have actually made an official complaint, instead of slagging of a company on a public forum. I could slag off many a company on here who a lot of people use, but I don't. There are worse companies out there who provide a worse service than schools broadband. I think Schoolsbroadband need to be given a bit of slack. This is the first real issues our MAT have experienced in 5+ years.
